Ok so I've got a recipe for pasta, its quick and easy as I hate waiting...

Seafood Pasta.
Buy a pack of seafood at the store and just put it into a pan on low heat to start cooking.
Put some pasta to the boil, any pasta will be good.
In another pan mix some creme freche and cream together to make a thick sauce.

When everything is cooked, mix together... yum!
Instead of seafood you can use bacon and mushrooms to, mix in some chives at the end.

My easy peasy soup recipe.

You need:
Shin (Meat) about 2 large ones if you like meat
1 can of processed pease
1 can baked beans
2 potatoes grated
2 carrots grated
1 packet of tomato paste

dump everything into a big pot, ad water and boil away until cooked. Ad some paprika and salt to flavour.

Lemon Fish...

I use the frozen hake portions.
Switch your oven to 180 degrees
Cut a lemon into slices and put into the bottom of a baking dish. Pat the fish with some fish spice and pack them onto the lemon pieces. Ad some garlic cloves cut in half if you like and stick it into the oven until you can stick a knife into the fish.

If you have a microwave and you dont mind using it, here is a good chicken recipe...

You can use a whole chicken or pieces.
Boil the chicken for about 5 minutes.
Gently and carefully put the chicken into a microwave safe dish.
Now mix a little bit of oil (Depends on how much chicken you have) with some chicken spice, a drop of jam or chutney and a teaspoon of Worcestersauce. Using a brush, brush your chicken with this mixture and stick it into the microwave (cover with some kitchen towl as it will spatter) and cook away. It takes a while (about 30 min) if your doing a whole chicken, but its yum!
