Jezi (wjrockafellow) I recently read Wild Ride. This book contains three different books into one (Buckling Down: A Wild Ride Story, Strong, Silent Type, and The Real Deal: A Wild Ride Story). Is there any way to combine these stories?

People have written reviews on the Wild Ride book and reviewed each story within this, but that review is not refelcted in each of the individual stories. There are many books like this, any suggestions?

P.S. - I know that on my TBR shelf, I have a few books that I actually have on there a couple of times. I didn't realize that a book containing multiple stories had within it one that I already read/owned.

Jenny (narcisse) | 179 comments Are you asking if an anthology should be combined with the separate versions of the stories within it? If so, then the answer is no.

Jezi (wjrockafellow) I am asking in there should be a better way to somehow link them as the same story, but not actually combine the books together.

Jenny (narcisse) | 179 comments The only thing I can think of for now is to make sure that all of the authors in an anthology are listed so that it will at least show up on the authors' pages.

As far as a way to input which stories are included in something like that, that might be something you could suggest on the feedback group?

Cait (tigercait) | 4988 comments There has been discussion about this -- there is a "series" object in the works which will theoretically also work for books in omnibus editions or novellas in collections. However, there isn't at the moment any way to directly link books when they've been republished as parts of another book; the best we can do right now is try to make the descriptions clear.
