Kelley Anne | 1619 comments Has anyone read this book? It's one of them that I've never read before. Is it going to be a series, like it appears on her website? Or will this be the only book? Anyone know?

Sandra | 4736 comments Yep, I've read it at least twice. Very vicious crows and ravens. I really enjoyed it. It has the trademark biting wit and its a little darker in tone than say the pride series.

Can't wait to find out what happens next in this one.

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 3123 comments I haven't read this one, am looking forward to the relase of the book form in August and am hoping it gets released early.

Nichole ~Bookaholic~ (nicholebookaholic) | 672 comments I have read this one...it was great and can't wait for the next one

Jess | 3721 comments I read this one.. and totally enjoyed it. I thought it was a bit different as it incorporated some Viking mythology and Valkerie mythology as well.

I also really liked the characters, the sex scenes were pretty steamy as well.

Shannon C. Even though I love Laurenston's other books, I had a hard time getting into this one and ended up putting it down. I don't think I like the bird/Viking thing as well as the shifters like in her other books. I will go back and give it another try.

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) I really liked this book, I really want her to carry on the series as I liked all teh other characters in it, but it never says anything on her website about another book,

message 9: by Sandra, Need more time to Read!! (new)

Sandra | 4736 comments Her website says she'd like to do another one in the future but she doesn't know when that will be. So it looks like we'll be waiting a long time if not forever.

*stamps foot in frustration*

I had a hard time with this one in the beginning and put it down a couple of times before I pushed myself to finish...I am glad I did as it is one of my favorites

Shannon C. They seemed to jump into bed too quickly for me. That's where she lost me. The other books have better relationship development. Did it get better after that?

Suzanne (Under the Covers Book blog) It has been a while since I read it, but I defiantely enjoyed it. Wasn't there alot of tension built up before the book though? I thought they had meet up before and had been annoying eachotehr for a while

message 13: by Shannon (new)

Shannon C. Yes for a little while. To me, it seemed more talked about rather than living the tension. Like it said there had been romantic tension for so long now, instead of actually making me as the reader actively feel it.

Sandra | 4736 comments I just checked - They met when they were 16, and this is 16-17 years later. Yager has been really annoying her for 12 months when the story starts.

So I didn't feel they jumped into bed too quickly. It just seemed to flow naturally to me.

message 16: by Sandra, Need more time to Read!! (new)

Sandra | 4736 comments I started looking stuff up in this book and just decided to do a re-read. It's still good. I want a 2nd one!!! NOW !!!

message 17: by Kelley Anne (new)

Kelley Anne | 1619 comments Looks like I'm going to have to give this book a chance. I love her other books, but this one has just never appealed to me. But I'll try it!

Darcy (sunnytat462) | 3123 comments For those that were waiting to get the printed book (like me), of this one B&N is shipping it now. I have been stalking them, not sure if they will have it in the stores, but on-line is good to go.
