Oh, I love TC. I was just raving about the powers of a nap the other day. Leah goes down and I swear wakes up a new person, bigger, stronger, able to do more stuff, and a little more alert with each nap she takes.
I like to think naps do the same thing for me. I like to take a small one in the middle of working on a paper or a project. All sorts of good ideas come to me right before waking up.

I nap when I'm driving and start getting drowsy -- pull over and take 15 or 20 minutes to let go and zonk out. That's usually enough to refresh and allow a few more hours of driving.

Funny about this conversation. I'm off to nap right now!

In my very first job we had a tea lady. Not necessarily a reflection of my age but a reflection of the family business the company was pretending to be. She must have been about 80 and had been with the company since she was very young.

I love a nap on the weekend. They are rare but when I have them I have luxuriously long ones. 2:OOpm is prime time nap time.

I love naps but hate the drowsy feeling when I wake up.

I rarely nap, not for lack of exhaustion, but just too many things to get done every day. I have no trouble sleeping at night.

I have to eat chocolate when I wake up from a nap.

i can't nap in bed, just brief times in my chair or on the couch during the day when i am "just resting my eyes". i nap on a regular basis. last night i took a 15 minute nap with miss lucy on the couch hoping to feel revived before softball but didn't work. i was sorta groggy

i can't get any work done so i'm going to read a book and maybe take a nap.

took a sweet nap yesterday afternoon on the couch with lucy. two pages of my book and i was out for about 30 minutes. flippin dreamy
