With a disdainful snort, Hayley set her stuff down on a bed. Her green eyes scanned the cabin for sign of anyone else, but found no one. I'll be glad to have this cabin all to myself. The greedy thought made the corner of her lip curl in a satisfied smirk. Squeaking sounded from the bed followed by a loud whine. "Get used to it, Jink. Maybe we'll go to that lake later." It would've seemed crazy to someone, her talking to nothing. But it proved wrong as a ferret clambered onto her bags with a snort, echoing his owner's first gesture to the cabin. Hayley's green eyes scanned the cabin with appraising brows raised. "It'll do for the time being," she decided aloud, sitting down on the bed with an obnoxious throw. Jink gave her a glare, in which she teasingly returned, for making him slide off his comfortable spot. She laid down on her back and stared up at the ceiling. "We're home!" Her sarcastic voice rang out loudly, probably making it's way out of the cabin to someone's unsuspecting ears.
Elisa walked in cradeling Socks. She found a box and put a blanket into it. She set the makeshift cage on the bed and placed Socks in it. She took one of her shoe laces out and began playing with her.
Elisa walked in and set Socks in her box and feeling angered by that 15 yr. old Deitra or whatever.
An annoyed Haley walked into the cabin with Elena. Unpacked bags still on her bed, she plopped down to the side of it and gestured for Elena to sit as well. Her eyes studied Elisa for a moment, and she bit back a grin. "Thanks for sticking up for Jink, green-light." Jink froze on her shoulder, eyes wide. A thanks from Hayley was hard to earn, yet here she was. Thanking someone she called green-light. Hayley turned her attention back to Elena. "I don't know what that chick's problem was. I take very good care of Jink."

Neo looked up at Jink. Who is your new friend, squirt?
"What would she be jealous of?" Hayley tilted her head to one side at the thought of it. She looked down at Nemo, "He can come up on the bed if he wants to."
Jink clambered off of her shoulder and onto the bed. New friend? What're you talking about?

Hayley stifled a laugh. "What? Wa-how. I would die to see her admit that. Sorry about dragging you into that, she just got on my nerves and offended me by calling Jink filthy." Jink shrugged and plopped down next to Nemo. I dunno. It was stupid though. I asked who it was and it said a kitten. Hello captain obvious.

"Did she mention her immortal parent? It may give me some clue as to why she acts like this. Hey, did you get her name, sunbeam?" Hayley's lips curled in a mischievous grin. Jink's eyes brightened, You bet! That was the best!

Nemo beamed. Fun, huh? I wish I was your size sometimes.
Socks felt hurt and curled up into a ball. I told you my name, so I wasn't sure what you meant. She said.
Elisa just listened.
Elisa just listened.
"Hmmmm..." Hayley broke down the name for a moment. "I'll call her blues."
Jink nodded in agreement. It's pretty awesome. Plus, I'm really bendy. Wanna see?

Jink sighed. Fine, but it's not my fault if I bite it.

Nemo walked to the middle of the room and layed down, motioning for Jink to come next to him.
Alright, Jink agreed grudgingly. He got up and climbed down Hayley's leg to the floor and followed after Nemo. Hayley looked at the kitten with a raised brow, "Who's that?"

((Oh))
"Socks, I found her in the forest." Elisa explained. "I was holding her the whole fight thing..." She said.

Thanks dude. Jink hopped onto his back and settled down. Hayley eyed the kitten again. "Hey, green-light. Not to be mean but the kitten looks a little dirty. I have some pet shampoo I could use for it."
"Oh thanks! Do you know what cats eat?" She asked. "I don't think she's very old since her eyes are still blue..." She finished.
Hayley nodded. "I had a cat. She's probably weaned already so, I guess we could give her some milk with fish or chicken all mushed up. Cats are natural carnivores." Jink eyes the kitten just as his owner had done. Sup.
"Oh...yeah I suppose. I love animals but I've only rescued them for about a day since my mom didn't like them." Elisa admitted. Hello, I'm Socks! Socks tried again.
"We can give her some food after we eat. I can give her a bath now, though." Hayley offered.
Sup, I'm Jink. He replied.

"I have to unpack my stuff first though." Hayley looked Elisa over. "You're alright, green-light."
Thanks. I like your...socks. Jink chuckled.

"Okay, thanks!" Elisa said. "Be right back." Elisa said and walked out the door.
Thanks! Socks beamed.
Elisa went to the tap and got some warm water in a bucket and came back.

"Do you have a towel for her?" Hayley asked when she'd fished out all her grooming stuff.
No problem. Jink looked at Hayley and at the bucket of water, then back to Socks. You;re gonna be getting a bath.

"Oh yeah I brought one from home, I didn't know what they were going to have here.." She said as she took out her towel.
Sorry, I'm only 4 weeks old. What's that? she asked.

"Oh, no. I meant a separate towel. She can have one of Jink's extras." Hayley shuffled in her drawers and pulled out a plush, green towel.
You'll see, but don't be scared. Jink answered.

"Oh thanks, again. Hey to pay you back for this I did bring some stuff." Elisa said.
Socks frowned, well however a cat can frown. She began licking herself.

"Thanks, green-light." Hayley grinned and walked over to the group of animals.
Jink looked up at Hayley and back to Socks. Get ready.

"Don't worry, kitty," Hayley cooed softly. This was a rare side of her, only reserved for certain things. She gently bent down and picked Socks up. Walking over to the bucket she began to explain it to Elisa. "First, we get her a little wet so she doesn't get scared." Hayley dipped her cupped hand in poured some water over Socks back.

Jink shrugged. Whatever, it's not that bad.
