Loved this one. It has me hooked on the series.

I did find this story interesting but I don't understand how the two characters lives fit into the story together. There is usually some epiphany where you think oh it all makes sense now but I didn't get that with this book.
**Spoilers**
The story begins with an amish family ini Bird-in-Hand Pennsylvania. The matriarch, Lettie, of the family has become very sullen and discontent with the Plain life. Her children and husband have noticed but she feels she cannot burden them with her secrets. Lettie ends up leaving town and going to Ohio to find her first love Samuel. Turns out she and Samuel had a child that Lettie was forced to give away immediately after its birth. She intends to find this child and not return to Plain life until she does.

I have to say I liked this one more than the first. The Secret starts to tie things together and you see some of the characters really start to come out of their shells.
**Spoilers**
This story picks up right where the first one left off. It is following Lettie in her search for her former beau and their child. She finds Samuel and is at peace with her decision to tell him the truth. She then decides to try and find the child that she gave up. In the end Grace, Lettie's eldest daughter leaves with an "English" woman to search for her mother.

Loved this one. Although I have to say that I do get a little tired of the female characters wishy-washyness about a man who is obviously in love with her and willing to die for her.

Great ending to the series. I really didn't think I would be able to get into this genre but I actually really enjoyed reading the books.

I really liked this one because the heroine didn't work on my nerves the way some of the ones in the other books did. I liked the romance part of this book better than the others.

This was the first of Jodi Piccoult's books that I have read and I did like the book for the most part. I did find myself getting annoyed with Cam for much of the book for being so self absorbed. But overall the premise of the book was really good. I will keep reading her books.

I really liked this book. Although some points in the book made me cringe or want to throw up, it was gritty and raw. It was interesting the whole way through to the end. I would highly recommend this book.

This was very different from what I normally read. Not sure if I would read it again. I have been trying to expand my to read list and this was one of those odd ball ones that I thought I would try.
Overall, not too bad.

I had a tough time getting into this book at first. However, once i got about 100 pages into it I really liked it. I found myself not wanting to put it down at all.

This book took forever for me to finish. I had a really hard time getting into it. The last 200 pages or so were really good but the first 200 or so were tough.
Not a terrible book overall though.

This book is in my TBR stack/pile. Is it slow in the way that many historical novels are slow- lots of background info, historical facts, etc. in the beginning? Or just slow in terms of not building momentum and interest? (Or both?)

I would say give it a try.

It took me about 200 pages to get into this book but after that it was really interesting.

1. Witch & Wizard - The Gift by James Patterson.
Loved it!! I gave it 4 stars.

I thought this book was really good and it was a really fast read. I never expected some of the plot twists and the ending was a complete surprise.

I loved this book as much as the first one. I cannot wait to get the last of the series!

I really liked this book. It was a quick read and very emotional.
