Nothing But Reading Challenges discussion

Ball pits are gross and I never played in them when I was a kid. My mom never had to fight me about that one. I didn't particularly like the tubes either for that reason. They were smelly, sweaty, and plain nasty.

I've been to two different Chuckee Cheeses in Miami and I've never seen a ball pit. I'm even more grateful now *shudder*.

The last one I remember seeing was about 5 years ago. I think they kept having investigative reporting specials on them. You know, people taking swabs and samples and analyzing them. It was grosser than you would think... I remember one showed e coli bacteria, fecal matter, urine, etc.

Not to mention the fast food outside playgrounds that had ball pits. Can you imagine what could have crawled in there? I remember one restaurant actually finding a snake in the ball pit! AHHHHH!

Congratulations, Angie. I have a hard time with "U" books, but this time I lucked out and finished those. I struggled with the "T" book, though. I just didn't have a lot of "T" books on the shelves- I did finally settle on The Hobbit.
