What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

a woman begins working in a campaign office and and finds that the candidate is interested in her. He ends up raping her but is found not guilty because he
either said it was consentual or there was not enough evidence. Years go by, and she meets up with him again. This time she sets him up making it look like rape and she can ger her revenge.

I have this book. I'm at work right now, I can't get it off my shelf, and I'm not having luck googling it. I'll do a shelf troll at lunch if no one else gets it before then :)
