I'm nearing the end of Whirlwind and it's very well written, sexy, suspenseful, and realistic.

Just started Clockwork Angel. I'm so excited to read it!

I'm currently reading and . Of the three, I think Piers Anthony is drawing me in most often.

I just started and I am loving it so far. The book came up on my "Book Lover's" calendar, and I was so intrigued that I had to get it. So far, I am not disappointed. It is magical realism, which is a genre I'm addicted to.

Absolutely, let as know if you do. I'm a huge fan of his books - but that is probably because of my major.

Percy Jackson: The battle of the Labyrinth.

I love this series, but they had to ruin it with the TERRIBLE movie. :(

Best book of the series aside from the last one, but the movie WAS terrible. =/ The effects weren't too bad.

No, but if you were rating it because of how true to the book it was, it wouldn't be good.

Ex.) Grover was left in the underworld not Percy's mom!

And they are saying they will revive the franchise. Fear.

I love the books too, but the first movie was catastrophic.

^^ Haven't read the Percy Jackson novels yet, but ordered them online a week ago, so i should get them in the mail soon. Hope they are as good as everyone seems to think :)

Right now im reading The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss, i'm about 150 pages in, but the plot is moving forward very slowly, so i'm getting a bit restless.
The first book in the series (The Name of the Wind) was really great, so im sure it will get better soon. It has almost a thousand pages, so something is bound to happen at one point or another :P
Anyone else reading this ? It was released last week..

I can highly recommend the first one to anyone who's into fantasy novels.
It's not high fantasy (elves, orcs and stuff) but a bit more subtle, with a pretty unique magic system.
The best thing about it is the prose itself, which is beautiful..

Oh, trust me. They are unless you hate urban fantasy or Greek myths.

Great :) I love fantasy books, and i already know a little about greek mythology, so im looking forward to reading them ..
I have seen the movie, hope it's not going to ruin the books for me.. Is the movie just covering the first book or the entire series?

only the first book but the movie isn't accurate so it won't ruin that much

I am a little more then half way through it right now and I couldn't agree with you more. I am not terribly spiritual and this book is. It's still keeping my interest though, and it's been a great, short read.

When you click on add book/author at the bottom of the little box it has "link" and "cover" click cover and then click on the book you want to add

I just finished reading . Loved it! Today I started for a buddy read, and I am also reading and . I love Lois Lowry, so I know her book will be an easy read.

One of the funniest books I have ever read. I read it with both of my young daughters and we kept telling jokes and reciting lines for two years. "And thanks for all the fish."

The 19th Wife

I just finished The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and got hooked so i'm reading the next one in the series. the books are a lot like Carol O'connel's Mallory series. I loved those books too.

I am reading and I don't like it :( but I won't let it defeat me. I will finish this book, lol.

I am reading and I am really liking it. It doesn't follow the same ol' formula and it has some funny one liners that the characters say or think sprinkled around in the story.

After finishing half of Hush, Hush, I put it down and picked up The Body Finder. I like my second book a lot better than my first one.

Currently Reading: Gone by Michael Grant! Good book! hooked me from the very first sentence!

The Body Finder and Hush, Hush were good! Stick with them!

It is very enchanting that is if you like anything to do with Angels. In my opinion, it was quiet mysterious with a heart-rending romance in there that makes you want to read page after the other! I am now planning to read the next book so I would recommend you to read it!!!

Yes if I had to choose anything to do with Angels, I would absolutely go for it since its the first book. It sort of has a heartbreaking and puzzling moments at the beginning but you will catch up with it. I loved it and I would recommend you do read it!
