Me and my sister are getting braces later this year, I'm first of course. We're a little nervous, what are they like?

well for the first week I could not chew like at all it was terrible but after that they get better and when you get them tightened you just cant really bite into things like a burger or something like that but they are not terrible and you just have to brush your teeth a little more than usual

im not going to lie and say they are fun but it does not last long and yes my first week of having them was terible i ate alot of mashed potatoes and noodles lol

I don't think you can eat cold things so ice cream and cold shakes are old.

no shakes and ice cream are fine i eat those all the time

I dont remember being told that but i also dont remember eating anything really cold then either

Ok i have another: My bf keeps texting me 'hey baby' I know the use of the term 'baby' is supposed to be affectionate but it kinda ticks me off whenever I read it. Do you guys think i should suck it up cuz hes being nice or try to tell him to quit

well just ask him to quit if you really dont like it he should not care that much and if he tells you hes just trying to be nice tell him you know you just dont like the name and be nice about dont get in an argument about it

If he gets mad well you are going to tell a lot of people thinks they don't like and they are going to get bad but you have to let go because if you didn't your not going to be happy and that's more important than anything.

just if he gets mad drop it try again later when hes in a better mood no point in getting in an argument

Nope I am in my parents control. My middle name is my dad's first and when I get married my last name is going to be my husband's first. So when I am a child my dad owns me and when I get married my husband does.

I agree with you no arguing (or at least very little) you can talk about things that interest both of you its just better

And Sam was actually really great and understanding. But I couldn't get over the fact that i always thought of him as my friend... I wish it had been different, though. I just only like him as a friend
