Lori Walker Here's a place to talk about In Cold Blood as you read it. Don't forget spoilers warnings if you talk about a specific part.

I am on page 96 and so far it is okay. I haven't been creeped out or even scared which surprises me from everyones comments I have read about it. We will see.

Finished it this weekend.

Samantha (samhanson) | 179 comments About halfway through. It's coming along. Parts of it are real page-turners but there are parts that seem to drag on as well. I've already seen Capote so I hope there's going to be something that really sets the book apart from that in the end. It is definitely interesting to learn so much about Dick and Perry.

Random** We are about half way through season 2 of Criminal Minds and in one episode they kept quoting from the book, well from the case. :) Wierd, cause now I know who they were talking about.

Samantha (samhanson) | 179 comments Spoiler warning, but only if you don't really know anything about what happens.

I'm around page 250 and it's getting really good now that the cops caught the guys! I think the switching between cops, townspeople, and criminals was what was leaving me hot and cold at points, but now that they've all come together I'm having trouble putting the book down. It does feel sort of like a good episode of Law and Order or CSI or one of those crime shows. Maybe I should start reading some more crime/mystery novels.
