I love you. Kelley Armstrong, you're one of the best authors out there, and everything you write I fall in love with.
(Was that good?)

Dear Kelley Armstrong,
I only recently discovered your Women of the Otherworld series and after reading the first book, appropriately name Bitten, I feel I got bitten. Bitten with the urge to read the rest of your series that is. I loved the way you portrayed Elena and the struggle she's had dealing with the Clay's betrayal, the feelings she still has for him, and the wish to lead a normal life. I liked seeing her lying to herself about why she couldn't resist Clay when she returned to the pack because don't we all do that sometimes? I also enjoyed seeing her come to accept her fate and Clay and while forgiving, perhaps not altogether forgetting. She's strong, sweet, and tough rolled all into one. You can't help but love her. And Clay, well, I, as a reader, felt a similar struggle go through me about whether to like him. In the end I sided with Elena. How can you not love a man that waits while you take your time coming to the realization that the two of you are meant to be. *sigh* I hope one of your short stories or books I haven't read contain more of the story of when Clay and Elena first met. I'd love to know what was going through his head at the time.
I must confess that I was a little disappointed when I learned the next book, Dime Store Magic didn't center around Elena and the pack. I got so attached to them. I'm trying to be good and read all the books in order, but when I saw the description for Broken I nearly lost my resolve and skipped ahead ( which is not that uncommon of a thing for me to do). I love the series so much, however, that I am determined to read them in order because I don't want to miss anything. :)
Well, I gotta run. Dime Store Magic is calling my name and oh, what a seductive and irresistible call that is. ;) Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful stories with us and please consider doing a Q&A session with this group. You have a bunch of fans here.
Sincerely,
Lisarenee
P.S. Will definitely need to read your Darkest Powers Trilogy as well.
Dear Kelly Armstrong,
I read the Darkest Powers Trilogy and I completely fell in love with it! Derek is one of the characters that really inspired me. I hope someday I become a writer half as good as you, you're awesome and WE LOVE YOU! I loved the way The Reckoning ended, it's really amazing how Chloe found peace and love through Derek despite everything they'd been through. I'm a big fan of horror ghost stories and this series amazed me.
At last, I'd like to thank you for the fabulous books you've given us to enjoy.
Sincerely, Tanya.
