Can an ordinary librarian combine 2 authors?

Yes - just type one to exactly match the other.
Then you will be given a chance to select the profile to keep - choose that one and all works will merge to the correct one. Just make sure that all the works belong to that author - other wise you should change the listings one by one.

In the case you give there should be no problem - just correct the spelling of the misspelled profile then select the button for the correct spelling in the next screen.

Hi, I'm not a librarian so I'm just going to post the issue and see if anyone could help me with it. In my search for authors to put on a list I came across a discovery, Joseph Delaney, author of The Last Apprentice series, has three different author pages. One has a picture, one doesn't, and one his last name is mispelled.
Here are the three links to his author pages:

If you could combine them/fix the problem I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you whomever, and have a great day all.

Extra note: The one with the picture is spelled correctly, and that is the second one listed, "Joseph Delaney".
