Cindy (cindyjade) | 72 comments I'm stuck deciding between which of these to start on right now... some recommendations would be helpful :)
I have...
Rachel Vincent - Shifters
Karen Chance - Cassie Palmer
Kelley Armstrong - Women of the Otherworld
Christina Dodd - Darkness Chosen
Alexandra Ivy - Guardians of Eternity
Lynn Veihl - Darkyn

A couple of these I've had for a while and still haven't gotten to. It's hard for me to pick when I have too many options!! I'm finishing up J. Frost's new one at the moment but I like having one ready when I'm done :) I'm a bookaholic. Thanks for any recs & opinions you can give me!

new_user | 1389 comments Hmmm, what do you like best in a series?

I've enjoyed Dodd's (not really as epic as UF, but great anyway) and Viehl's series (warning for violence/torture in the first book, committed by the baddies), and I read the first Armstrong book (a little bloody). They're good books.

Shelly (mashbay) Of these, Shifters! I haven't read them all to be fair though.

Leah | 1 comments I haven't read them all either, but the Karen Chance books are great!

Joanne (needsun) | 32 comments I have read one or two of most of those series and the only one I try to stay current on is Lynn Veihl - Darkyn. I hear it ended too...so sad.

Susan (Suz) (sharney) | 253 comments I would say Rachel Vincent, Christina Dodd and Kelley Armstrong, you won't go wrong with any of them IMHO!!:) I have read Chance and I personally did not like them, but I appear to be alone in that from what I've seen on here :)

new_user | 1389 comments I didn't like Chance either. Joanne, I'm sad Darkyn is ended too. ;_;

Cindy (cindyjade) | 72 comments Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I don't really have a particular type that I stick to I just like well writtens books with a good storyline, whether it be uf or pnr. I definately like a little humor in them though :). I'm still trying to decide but y'all have narrowed it down for me !

Deanne | 209 comments I would have to go with kelley Armstrong, great series, many characters all with their own story and still all intertwined with each other. Rachel Vincent' s shifters is a really good series also the last book comes out later this year.

Cindy (cindyjade) | 72 comments Armstrong it is :) I'll get to em all eventually!

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I'm partial to Vincent (love black werecats!), but there's a couple on there I haven't read yet.

new_user | 1389 comments Yup, Armstrong has some good sarcasm. :)

Shannon C. | 69 comments Rachel Vincent - Shifters ...haven't read yet

Karen Chance - Cassie Palmer ....first book was the weakest but other books were better...her new Dorina series is the best (terrific)

Kelley Armstrong - Women of the Otherworld...series didn't hold my interest past the first couple of books

Christina Dodd - Darkness Chosen...I read one of hers and didn't like it at all...maybe I just got a bad one

Alexandra Ivy - Guardians of Eternity...good PNR series, not one of the best but certainly entertaining

Lynn Veihl - Darkyn...Dark, violent PNR...good series...I also like the spin off Kyndred books
