I admit I ranted a little bit with all that stuff they cut out.

The Max Ride series or the Guardian of Ga'Hoole series? I haven't read the Guardians of Ga'Hoole....

The first time I heard of The Max Ride series, it seemed like EVERYONE had read them except for me, so I finally read them just to say that I did.
I didn't regret it.
They aren't bad, but they're not perfect either. I just know that I'm going to read on to the seventh book: Angel.
That's cool. My friend is reading the first one and we like the same genre of books so I decided I think I will read it.

And I'm also reading

We NEED to make this group read it. IT IS SO FREAKING AWESOME.
I think the first time I saw Fallen it was here and I went to look it up. My friend lent me her book! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
I really hate fallen. sorry.
I'm reading :
Scott Pilgrim and the Infinite Sadness
Saving the World and Other Extreme Sports
Maximum Ride

After glimpsing a hint of his destiny in a mysterious tapestry, twelve-year-old Max McDaniels becomes a student at Rowan Academy, where he trains in "mystics and combat" in preparation for war with an ancient enemy that has been kidnapping children like him.

I really liked it, but quite a few things put me off. Like the ending: for several reasons, one of them that it was rather slow, but the other reason... sigh. It has to do with what team I'm on... :(

I loved it too!!!!!!
ANd ya, there were a few things that also, pained me.
In this book, she kinda like, just seemed like she wanted to be done with it! Which made me sad, considering she is one of my favorite authors.

lol When I went to see Suzanne Collins, I wanted to scream at her "WHY PRIM?!?!?"
lol When I went to see Suzanne Collins, I wanted to scream at her "WHY PRIM?!?!?"
Haha, if I would have seen her I would have screamed "Why Prim and Finnick!!??"
Poor Finnick.
And Prim.
Poor Finnick.
And Prim.
THe Prim thing made me cry. And I absolutely never cry during books! Or movies....Except Toy Story 3. That made me cry.
At first, I didn't even realize that the girl Katniss saw was Prim. It took me a while to figure that out. I cried after I was finished with the book, and not during. But I wanted to.
I know!
I am mad at her that she killed Finnick. I mean, Annie had a baby after he died!!!! GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!

She did! When did that happen! I didn't know that! I would look it up, but my dad has Mockingjay!
Here, I have the book right next to me, I'll copy in the quote.
"A late primrose preserved between the pages. Strange bits of happiness, like the photo of Finnick and Annie's newborn son."
I was so sad at that.

DON'T SCREAM AT ME YET!
It makes the story sad, it makes it deep, emotional, and it makes people cry! That is the quality of a good book!
Although yeah, I was sad, but that's good!
Hmm...I never thought of it that way. Ya, I guess you're right. But I still wish Suzanne didn't kill so many characters!!
