Sarah (songgirl7) I'm the uncoolest of the uncool because I love uncool video games. Lots of people play cool games like Guitar Hero, Halo, Call of Duty, Final Fantasy, etc. But I love uncool cartoony kiddie games! My favorite games are adventure games with stuff to collect and puzzles to figure out and stuff. My favorite games are:

Spyro, A Hero's Tail (Xbox)
Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga (360)
Lego Indiana Jones (360)
Super Paper Mario (Wii)
Mario Kart (Wii)
Zack & Wiki (Wii)
Shrek 2 (Xbox)
The Hobbit (Xbox)
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Xbox)
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Xbox)
Ratatouille (360)

Dave Russell Does it make me less cool or more cool that I don't play any video games?

The Crimson Fucker (tcf123) Sarah, Mario Kart and Lego Star Wars uncool??? Those are 2 of my favorite games… you know not everything needs to be about the coolest graphics and kick ass action… sometimes something as silly as a Kuppa sitting his big ass shell on a tiny car or playing Lego SW with my little sister so I can scream stuff like Use the force!!! Is all I need to release some stress…

Dave, it depends… if you only play sporadically and when you do you kick ass… then you cool… if you have over 1000 hours of game play in any online game and there are actually hunting parties being organized in other clans just to hunt you down… then you ain’t cool and you need a life… which remind me… I need to level up my wall in travian!

Sarah (songgirl7) Al, let's race.

Jackie "the Librarian" I just play solitaire online sometimes. Not cool, I know...

The Crimson Fucker (tcf123) Sarah, I’ve only been defeated twice in Mario kart... I’ll play you with a single hand... no one can touch me!!! I’m so good that it hurts!! During my teenager years when we used to make gaming parties… they used to team up just to bring me down!!! and guess what it never work… I actually defeated 2 of the 3 ghost in the N64 version of it.. and several in the GC version… so if you want to race just name a date and a place! And I’ll crush you!!!

I'm much in line with you on this, Sarah. I prefer the adventure games with certain tasks needed to perform in completing your journey. There was a Harry Potter game my son liked a few years ago that I started getting into myself. He's now playing some of the aforementioned 'cool' games you listed. Bleech!

The only game I had ever played with any regularity was Tetris. It's still my one of my faves.

The Crimson Fucker (tcf123) Yvette, you play tetrinet?

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

We had a PS2 in which I played Tetris like a madwoman. Just like the old days. I found it seriously addictive.

Is Tetrinet an online format of Tetris?

Alfonso, don't get my habit started again... :)

The Crimson Fucker (tcf123) Yvette, it is an online version... but you play against 5 more players... and yes it is more addictive than crack... and I’ll take you down any day... name the IP and I’ll crush you too! Here check it out: http://www.tetrinet.org/

Sarah (songgirl7) Al, I'm sure you'd have no problem crushing me. I'm not that good at it anyway. A friend who was over on the Fourth is very, very good (three star rating) and I got my ass handed to me several times. My friend Meghan just got the game and she beats me about 75% of the time. But I still have fun, and I figure I can only get better by being challenged and playing against good players. Do you use the wheel?

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Ooh, against at least 5 other players. Sounds enticing.

Al lays down the gauntlet. Yes, I'll play you some day. Just let me file down any kinks I've might of built up in not playing for a couple of years.

Then we'll determine who will come away completely smeared...

Dr. Mario, I kick ever-lovin-ass at Dr. Mario!

message 14: by Sally (new)

Sally (mrsnolte) I spent about 30 hours last semester learning the online multi-player role playing game "RuneQuest" online. Does that count?

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, Curly, that SO counts!

What was your character...I must know.

I have a collection of old Atari games on DS. We had pong when I was a kid and I loved it, it's not the same on any other format than the old "dial" though.

Jackie "the Librarian" I had Atari when I was a kid, and would play Space Invaders for so long I had so many points built up I could leave the room to get a snack and come later and still be alive.

message 18: by Sarah (new)

Sarah (songgirl7) Centipede!

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, I still love that one Sarah, I have it on my DS.

message 20: by Wealhtheow (new)

Wealhtheow | 1 comments The SIMS, of course! There is absolutely no way to get cool points for playing with a virtual dollhouse.

message 21: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony My kids just got Indiana Jones for Wii...that looks pretty cool. Uh, uncool.

message 22: by Sarah (new)

Sarah (songgirl7) Haven't played it on Wii but I've beaten it in Xbox 360! Still need to unlock some of the achievments, though.

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

Yay RPGs! I'm with you Elijah!!

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm a FF & Zelda freak!

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh, and I love Champions of Norrath...that is as uncool as any RPG, right? I mean, the PS2 version of World of Warcraft aught to put me right up there with any D&D geek ever born, right?
