“Would you like my assistance clearing up?” asked Dumbledore politely. “Please,” said the other. They stood back to back, the tall thin wizard and the short round one, and waved their wands in one identical sweeping motion. The furniture flew back to its original places; ornaments re-formed in midair, feathers zoomed into their cushions; torn books repaired themselves as they landed upon their shelves;

"So the boy…the boy must die?” asked Snape quite calmly.
“And Voldemort himself must do it, Severus. That is essential.”
Another long silence. Then Snape said, “I thought…all these years…that we were protecting him for her. For Lily.”
“We have protected him because it has been essential to teach him, to raise him, to let him try his strength,” said Dumbledore, his eyes still tight shut."
Dumbledore talks in terms of necessity, he uses words as "essential", "must"; he is showed as what it is: a man serving the general goodness, the only legitimate aim.

Harry: “yes”
Snape: “yes, SIR”
Harry: “there’s no need to call me sir, professor”

Barty Crouch Jr. as Alister Moody - Goblet of Fire.
Harry always annoyed me as not knowing so much.
He said "I am a fair flyer..... I am not allowed a broom"
Barty puts him in his place like "You're allowed a wand"
Like if you have a wand you can do anything. (how do you still not get that Harry).
This is from the movie so not sure if this is also said in the book. :)

“Happiness can be found in the darkest of places, if one only remembers to turn on the light.”
- Albus Dumbledore
“It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be.”
- Albus Dumbledore
“It is our choices, Harry, that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities"
- Albus Dumbledore
“Dark and difficult times lie ahead. Soon we must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy" - Albus Dumbledore
I love Dumbledore’s quotes, but there is one quote in particular that tops them all :
“Always”
- Severus Snape
