Name: Rafael Efthymos
Age: 7
Child of: Thalia, goddess of Comedy
Appearance: Rafael looks adorable, and that means short, balck hair and eyes, with full red lips.

Personality/History: Rafael is a hilarious little boy that is always smiling. Most people love his adorable smile and personality. If you want imformation, Rafael is not the one to ask, because no one thinks that a seven year old will understand much. Because of his small size, and his sweetness, you can, however, make him go peel imformation off someone like a banana. Rafael is a wonderful actor for his age and does not fight at all. He gets dizy when he sees blood.
Rafaels' father, Benedect, is a director that has starred in many famous movies and has won awards for directing and acting in them. Benedect usually wins the leading role in a movie, and so does Rafael (but with plays!).
Artistry of choice: Rafael is a great actor and is simply wonderful in comediac theater.
Weapon of Choice: Rafael hates to fight! But if he must, then traps are good.

Appearance: Alauda is tall, willowy, with long red hair that falls in curls just below her shoulder blades. She loves speaking in riddles and rhymes, and can never get enough of poetry in general. She has a habit of twisting a ring around her finger when she's nervous or bored, and loves nothing more than to spend time in a quiet place, just her and her notebook.


Personality/History: Alauda is very insightful, always thinking of a different way around a situation. She is the daughter of Calliope and a small-town poetic genius. Her father taught her all about iambic pentameter, rhyme scheme, and anything else you'd learn from your everyday English class-- and more. Alauda couldn't get enough. She still visits her father regularly and thinks her mother and father's past is romantic.

Some people (all right, most people) find her poetic ways to be quaint at best, and obnoxious at worst. But she can't help it--it's in her nature. Alauda feels that life isn't worth living unless it's to the fullest, and finds conversations useless if they're not meaningful. To spice up her life, she toys with words and sayings, always inserting rhymes or meter into her discussions, which can be irksome to some people and endearing to others.

Behind her bubbly, quirky demeanor, however, lies a brooding, confused girl. While Alauda accepted her mother's true identity in stride, she is still trying to reconcile her new life, trying to fit in as much as she can. She knows she can never be quite like the others, and in all honesty she hopes she'll never become totally 'normal.' Her dearest wish is to go on a quest someday--not as if she'd get much done in the way of help, but rather to document her very first, truly epic poem. She's enchanted with the tales of quests and heroes of old, and wishes to someday find herself in the midst of such an exciting time.

Weapon of Choice: She usually chooses small weapons like daggers and knives, but prefers to write epics about battles, not partake in them. She will fight, if necessary, and is actually quite good; and isn't daunted by the Underworld--she hopes to someday meet Homer.

Artistry of Choice: Epic Poetry, for sure! She also enjoys creative writing and keeps a small garden behind the cabin- one of her small hobbies.

Relationships: Although Alauda has made few friends since arriving here--reclusive girl that she is--she has become good friends with Astro, a son of Urania. She finds it easy to spend time with her cousin, as he doesn't seem to judge her, and has a similar personality.

Other: Alauda never goes anywhere without her journal and a calligraphy pen- only the best for her epic note-taking. She used to win most of her school's poetry contests and enjoys writing in general.

Age: 22
Daughter of: Euterpe
Looks: Long swishy chocolate brown hair like a cello's and one brown eye, one amber eye that are sprinkled with cinnamon color. Very pale but a hint of pink in her dimpled cheeks.



Personality: Confident, inspired, innocent and funny.
Pros: Plays the cello, very right intuition and sense of justice.
Cons: When she is insecure (which is Mondays) she loses it.
Background: Even if a bit old, can't find home out of Camp Half-Blood. Married with a child of Dionysus but he travels all over the world. Mother of triplets.

Weapons: A cello bow that turns into a sword when she presses the mother-of-pearl. Powers: Mimicks voices and instrument tunes very well.
Fatal flaw: Atychiphobia (fear of failure)
Other: Besides instrument using, she is good at swordplay.

Name: Julia Theliati

Age: 16

Child of: Terpsichore

Apperance: Julia's straight brown hair falls softly down her back with slight swirls. Her oval face is soft and young, making her look younger then she really is. Julia's deep hazel eyes seem to display whatever she's feeling. They seem to come alive when dancing. Her skinny build makes her more flexible and able to do flips. Her pink lips are usually curved up into a soft smile.


Personality: Julia is usually quiet, not wanting to make a scene. But don't let this fool you. If you really know her, you know that Julia is sweet and outgoing. She loves to laugh and will sometimes try to lighten up a people's mood. She is the type of person people are drawn to if their in trouble. She is always willing to comfort. However, Julia is capable of many different moods. While dancing, her spirit comes alive. Many people think that she is able to hypnotize would-be attackers with her grace.

Weapon: Julia doesn't believe in violence. In a battle, she will most often be in the hospital tent, helping take care of the wounded.

History: Julia is a year-rounder, but occasionally goes home for a few days at a time. Her father was a professional dancer at one of the top schools in the world. However, during one of his dances, he fell and knocked his head. His leg is broken and his mind is not the same. He goes into bouts of depression because of his unablility to dance. Julia loves her father and is determined to visit him, even though it's against the rules. Whenever she visits, she dances for her dad, making at least 10 minutes of his life happy.

Artistry of Choice: Julia lives to dance. She isn't happy until she has danced a solute to dawn, her favorite time of day. She can dance classical (on pointe), and contemporary. Julia loves spending time on making up new moves.

Looks: Blue eyes with a hint of navy. Blond wavy hair that she always ties in a bandana. Freckles and a solemn look on her face.



Personality: Romantic, smart, devious, organized and inspired.
Pros: She always finds a verse to match her situation.
Cons: OCD with numbers and verses.

Background: Year rounder. Has CIP (congenital indiference to pain) and has a long scar in her elbow because Cetus attacked her home in Ireland and a satyr found her half dead.
Weapons: A small dagger mage of celestial bronze and carvings with ivory.
Powers: None-- for now.
Fatal flaw: Fear of responsability.

Personality/History: Annabelle is usually a very calm, mellow person. She occasionally goes to her home in order to visit her father at his dance studio to help him teach the younger students. She took lessons from him since she was seven. She and her step-sister used to preform in shows together, when they could, at least, Annabelle being the prima ballerina and her step-sister being the prima donna. Her siter is two years older than her (18).

Weapon of Choice (optional): keeps a dagger under her bed for emergencies only.

Giovanna has dark olive green eyes that seem more brown than green at times. Her hair, cut extremely short and always styled up, is a thick, luxurious dark brown. She always has her eyes rimmed with dark eyeliner and mascara, though she doesn't use products technically... legal in America. She has olive toned skin that, along with her coloring and figure, reveals her Italian background. She is rather short but has a beautiful, curvy form. She will usually be seen wearing a beautiful flowy shirt and tight skinny jeans- an odd style that she brought from her hometown.

Personality: Giovanna is rather quiet. She is out there and more than a little wierd, but those quirks are what make her fit in. She prefers not to talk about her past, because, obviously, it's tragic. She finds a way to twist every story into a sad one and won't hesitate to do that and ruin your day. If you get close to her and manage to get her to open up, however, she is sweet and caring. Despite her rebel appearance she tends not to break the rules unless it is called for. She is very persistant and has strong willpower, making it hard to sway her from any decision she makes. She can be loyal but won't hesitate to turn you in if you did something really bad.

Artistry of Choice: Giovanna enjoys writing and drawing. Her drawings tend to come out demented, however, and her writing always ends up killing the main character. Wierd, isn't it?

Weapon of Choice: Giovanna doesn't really fight at all, but when she does she uses a longbow- a really tall bow that you have to rest on the ground and use ginormous arrows for. Think of the difference between a violin and a double bass. About that size too.

Age: 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Long luscious chocolate brown loose curls hang down to shoulder length, framing her pixie-like features beautifully. The upturned nose, and the long bridge hollow rests her hazel eyes that sometimes seem peridot more often than not. Her thin lips are usually formed in either a hystericall laugh or a worried frown. Long legs and arms, but very thin and fragile that beholds a flat figure. The hazel eyes of hers can shoot vicious daggers, or invatations to friendship.
Personality: Definetly not shy. She’ll do a lot of stuff, and is not afraid to pop up in your face. Imtimadating some might say, and she’s extremely protective of her friends. Though she likes to twist words to make you pay, and loves to surprise and amuse you. Sometimes she can be totally oblivious to the situation, and can be stubborn also. She doesn’t like to give in, and people call her weird. Though one thing is certain; She’s partially insane. Also she's sorta distant, and has that float Luna-Lovegood attitude when things are serious.

Name: Tinh Nguyen

Age: 14
birthday: March 20th.

Child of: Polyhymnia

Appearance: Tinh has jet-black hair which occasionally falls in front of his dark brown, almond-shaped eyes. He wears glasses, and refuses to wear contacts, no matter what. He is short for his age--just a few inches over five feet--and his pale complexion gives him a slightly sickly appearance. A small callous is on his ring finger of his left hand from constant use.



History/Personality: Tinh comes from a wealthy family from a large estate in Farthingloe, Dover, UK. His father married his stepmother when he was three-years-old, and they'd gotten along fine. That is, as fine as it could be, seeing as both parents were constantly away doing gods-know-what.

But Tinh didn't mind. Instead, after being home-schooled by a family friend, he found himself spending most of his time in the library with either a book or one of his various notebooks. In each notebook, nearly all the pages are filled with flowing cursive script.


Growing up, Tinh excelled in his literature and composition class. He enjoyed it, and was proud of his work, though of course, he had no one to share it with other than his tutor, resulting in him lacking self-esteem for he could no longer tell if his tutor was lying or not. And so, the pride he once felt in any work--namely poetry--vanished along with the bright grin he once wore, though the grin was replaced with a faint smirk.

Having spent so much time in the library, Tinh found himself learning a lot (though of course, no where near as much of a child of Athena). He found certain interest in the last words of various books ((Yes, I completely stole that from John Green)).

Weapon of Choice: Should he ever need to be involved in battle, Tinh prefers hand-to-hand combat.

Artistry of Choice: If one ever were to peek into one of the filled, leather-bound notebook--should one ever had the chance--one would see a various forms of poetry written on the pages, along with notes written along the margin. Most of the poetry written on the pages have been rewritten several times, each time experimented with the way it was written. Tinh prefers free-verse, as it gives him a chance to play with style.

Name: Francesca Carter

Age: 13

Child of: Urania

Appearance: Brownish-red hair that is usually messy but straight, dark brown eyes. Her skin is a bit washed out since she spends her nights watching the stars and staying in during the day. She is medium height. Her eyes are always looking up to the sky.

Personality/History: Francesca's family are all astronemers or somesort of scientists. Her father got Francesca her first telescope when she was three, and ever since then she has been watching stars. By eight years old she can recite all the names of the most famous constellations in the sky and where are they located.
Francesca is easily distarcted because she's always thinking about the night. She hates daylight and prefers to be reading inside about stars. She records what she sees in the sky in a tattered notebook. Francesca is quiet but can always find someone to talk to her. She lives in Toronto, Canada.

Weapon of Choice (optional): She uses a dagger concealed as a peg. (Yeah, I realized that sucked.)She doesn't fight at lot and tries to keep the peace.

Artistry of Choice: Astronomy and astrology. She believes in horoscopes and finally figured out how to calculate her own birth chart. She has many posters, drawings, and photos of stars in her bedroom. She has several telescopes.

Name: Scott 'Songbird' Orson.

Age: 15, has been at camp for 3 years.

Looks: Scott is about 5'6" and thin for his height. He has twinkling blue eyes, flecked with hazel. He has blond hair down to his neck and a constant smile. He tends to wear polo shirts and black jeans. He also has a bandana he uses to keep his hair out of his eyes.

Personality: Scott is a goofy guy. He calls anyone who hangs out with him for more than five minutes a friend. He can be loud at times, but when in a group he tends to be quiet. Scott is good at making people happy when they are glum, but isn't that good at figuring out how people feel. If someone is hiding their emotions, Scott will probably miss it.

History: Scott was a child star before he came to CHB, his Dad "somehow" knowing that he was talented when he was really little. After an incident with the Paparazzi, his dad insisted that Scott learn self defense, either that or be accompanied by bodyguards. Scott chose self defense. He learned a variety of different styles, and though Scott doesn't start fights, he enjoys fighting maybe a little to much for an artist. He had to leave for camp after his house was assaulted by Harpies. He ran and hitchhiked and ran and hitchhiked, not really sure of where he was going. But he ended up at Camp. He hasn't gone home, but he plans to this year, since he isn't sure what happened with his dad.

Art of Choice: Singing, a little bit of drums, piano and guitar. He will randomly burst into song, and constantly quotes lyrics. He is willing to take requests. Ask him to do some Justin Beiber however, and you'll find yourself missing some organs.

Other: Scott knows most of the kids at camp, being incredibly social. He doesn't like Ares campers, after he got in a fight with one for playing a song that the Ares kid didn't like.

Name: Isla Amara Hazlewood

Isla has red hair and green-blue eyes. She has long graceful limbs, and she walks lithely.

Personality: Isla would seem haunted by her past, but she is, or, was, very happy. She can be an outgoing little girl, and she used to love to sing. She still sings, but now they are songs about death. She likes to act, and she desperately wants to have a motherly figure in her life.

History: For a young girl, Isla has been through a lot. She had a father and another demigod brother, Lucas. She found out she was a demigod when she was six, because a harpy killed her father (Which she witnessed) trying to get Lucas and her. Lucas knew where camp half-blood was, so he took Isla away from their home in michiagan(sorry don't know the proper spelling). They got to the border, but a basilisk killed Lucas before he could get to camp. Isla was taken to camp by a satyr. She has never been the same since.

Weapon of choice: Lucas' celestial bronze dagger.

Artistry of choice: Isla used to act in shaskpearian (sorry about spelling) tragedies, even before she knew her mother was Melpomene. She enjoys this and singing.

Other: Isla is lonely, and she still has nightmares, and daydreams about her father and her brother.

Appearance: He is very tall and skinny. Some people say he looks just like a toothpick. He has long brown hair and dark brown eyes. He doesn't like to wear shorts, so he always wear jeans. He wears short-sleeved shirts.

Personality/History: He's a very nice guy. He's more of a follower, and likes it when others tell him what to do (as long as it's nicely.) He likes to help others, but doesn't like to work hard or do sports. He's kind to pretty much everyone, but if someone is rude to him, sometimes he can remember that thing forever. When he doesn't need want to memorize something, he's a lot better at remembering, and vice versa. As he grew up, he started to realize that he didn't like to do group work. Without the common interruption of others, he works much better. He loves the way that some people do things, but with opposite personalities, he hates them.

Artistry of Choice: He enjoys history and studying, reading, and sometimes music-if it is slow tempo.

Weapon of choice: Azarius does not fighting, but if he were in big trouble, he would rather use his wits to get him out of it.

Other: He loves animals, and has 2 parakeets that he has trained and can go almost anywhere with him that will not fly away.

Personality/History: lives with her father who is an amazing singer and really good at the piano, but had to move all around New York City because of learning problems in school. Really wants to meet her mother. Euterpe told her father about camp half-blood, and that it was really important that Sam went. She always goes back to her dad in the city, in the winter. Hates fighting and might get a little annoying, because she will always try to end a fight, even if it’s not hers to stop. Loves little kids and has always wanted a little sister. Sam’s biggest dream is to be a singer and to have her music be on the radio. She tries to get discovered, by singing as a street performer, school musicals, school talent shows, YouTube, and any place else, but somehow has never even came close.

Weapon of Choice (optional): her voice, she has an amazing voice and people will sometimes stop what they r doing just to listen.

Artistry of Choice: she is an amazing singer just like her father but even better. She is good at almost every instrument, and is a really fast learner for the ones she doesn't know

Age: Nadia is 15-going-on-16, and most of the time, she won't let you forget that.

Appearance :
Nadia is unusually small for her age, with a full face and long nose. Her fawn-colored hair, tangly and short, is occasionally hidden by one of her treasured objects, a thick furry hat. Her eyes, a dark gray, hide underneath her many turtlenecks and scarves.

Personality/History :
Nadia is quiet. Judgmental, but quiet. With one look, she'll take in your whole appearance and how you've spoken to her so far and just determine what you would’ve done to be like what you are now. She'll quietly tip-toe behind you and stuns you with nosy questions here and there- how did you get here? Do you have any family? What do you like? She 'trips' along, bothering and badgering her little way into the universe. You know someday she's going to write a memoir on all the people she's ever met, and is probably going to get sued for it. Despite her many questions, Nadia is actually quite awkward when asked questions about herself, or just questions in general. It's hard for her to carry on a conversation, due to a slight lack of social skills. To disguise this, she’ll ask even more questions, instead of replying with a proper answer. She’ll run up and pester nearly anyone, but normally will barely speak a word to them after discovering their life story. Nadia has a slight fear of very tall people though, and will normally not talk to them, after some incident after getting nearly stepped on by a boy in her 7th grade class.

Weapon of Choice: Her naderi sword is something she prizes. Its sleek, curved blade is looked down upon by very little foes, though, but Nadia practices with it almost daily.

Artistry of Choice: Nadia had little choice in her artistry, especially because history is such a narrow category. But the girl stubbornly chose writing and studying, especially because she had little talent in singing or dancing. She’d love to be a journalist when she’s an adult.

Astro has dark long raven coloured hair that usually flops in his face. His hair sticks to the sides of his head, feathering out into his face. His large bangs cover his overgrown eyebrows, which keeps them hidden under the feather-like hair. He is pale skinned next to the tanned of any campers, he keeps to the shade and loves the night sky. His bright ice like blue eyes give a stern and serious look to Astro's complexion. He is a skinny boy for his age, not much meat to his bones and not much muscle to his limbs. His hair only reached the length of his broad shoulders,lining down on to his straight posture. He remains usually in a violet hoodie or simply his camp t-shirt. His height lies between 5"7 or 5"8.

Personality/History:

Astro loves to smile. He loves to write and stay positive. He doesn't let people get to him, unless people really make it personal like old times. He hates people who think they're better than everyone else, people that believe that they're the gods' gift to the world. He never truly had good friends, but could stand up for them and see the good in their spirits. He always loved the stars, their formation and places. Constellations and horoscopes. All that and more is what Astro loves. His life went from his father's death, to his brother's disappearance to being attacked at a school dance. His principal, Mrs. Winslow, ordered him to come to her office with best friend Cassandra. There she turned into a snake lady and tried to attack them, which failed once a satyr came to their rescue.

Weapon of Choice (optional): A small dagger with γαλαξίας(Galaxy) imprinted on the side. The dagger turns into a chain necklace with a star charm.
