Tracy Phillips Would anyone in the our group be interested in reading "At the Dark End of The Street" by Danielle McGuire? The book just come out on September 7, 2010. It is an account of the Civil Rights movement from a female perspective and gives a very different take on Rosa Parks then is traditionally taught. The book is well researched and thoughtfully written. Here is a link to the authors website for more information.

Tracy Phillips Cool! That would be awesome if your library had the book available for loan. Did you get a chance to visit the author's website?
