All, I have as of this post reviewed every post in this thread for comments, requests, suggestions, etc. I have noted above all of the new threads that I have added, ones that I have merged or added to the thread's topical focus and have provided all of the links as well.

If you do not see a new thread, it is because there already was one and you received that information from the team and/or it was merged into another existing thread so as not to have a duplicate.

There is a great deal of overlap already but we tried to have a general topical thread header which would encompass the various genres.

So to date, all suggestions have been reviewed, noted and executed.

We welcome others from this day forward and will give you feedback here on this thread.
