Got the nasal mist. Survived. Wife and son got shots. Survived. All is well.

I'm an old lady but I won't get one. I had a patient years ago who developed Guillain Barre syndrome after a flu shot. He was in bad shape. I'm sure things have changed, and the shot is safer, but no.

No thanks. I'm not around kids or old people, I'm healthy, and I hate shots.

Got mine today. I've always gotten the shot rather than the mist and didn't see any reason to change. Needles don't bother me.

I'm a hospice volunteer, so I am required to get a flu shot. I'll get one later this week. Today's clinic was canceled, for some reason.
