Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 2400 comments Kirbyus, That's not how Superstatus is decided. Goodreads LIbrarian group moderators have decided, I think.

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 2400 comments Superlibrarians can delete book editions (combining them with other editions first of course) or other materials that have many ratings/reviews or are on many shelves. Other librarians can do much the same thing but have to refer individual items to the Superlibrarians if their ratings/reviews/shelves for that item are too numerous.

And superlibrarians can delete certain items/not books!! that that find their way to Goodreads, if they don't have ISBNs.

Other superlibrarians: anything else?

Edit: If items have ISBNs there's no point in deleting them because they will just show up again, so for those non-book items GR librarians put NOT A BOOK as the author and NOT A BOOK usually in front of the title and in front of type of edition too.

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 2400 comments Marco,

All GR librarians contribute a lot to Goodreads! Librarians can do almost everything superlibrarians can do in terms of improving the book listings at Goodreads.
