Mr. Fitzwilliam Darcy: The Last Man in the World was an AWESOME read. I read the entire thing in one sitting.

It was sad at first because Darcy proposes to Lizzie, and thinking she said yes kisses her. Colonel Fitzwilliam sees them and Darcy says that Lizzie has agreed to marry him. Realizing she must or her reputation will be ruined she agrees to it. Darcy finally realizes a short time after their wedding that Lizzie does not like him, but in fact despises him. It breaks his heart and he becomes utterly broken. Somehow they find a way back to each other and realize how perfect they are for each other.

Just writing this little blurb makes me want to go read the book again. Excellent excellent variation.
