Katrina | 51 comments I would consider this television show to fit in the mystery envelope...it certainly has a lot of thrill to it and quite a few crimes and you are always trying to figure out what is going on.

I was just wondering, does anybody know if there is any books series based on this wonderful show? Also, what is your opinion on The X-Files being included in a topic entitled television/movie mysteries? Does it work for you? too much of a stretch?

Katrina, I just did a Google search and it looks like there are a few written by a man named Kevin J. Anderson.

Katherine | 187 comments Sorry, but I have to put a comment in these unused topics as far as I can figure out to remove them from my unread topics listing on my app. Have managed to delete them on the website but they are still unread from the app point of view. Sorry for being such a pain but no other help forthcoming in terms of getting rid of them. Katherine

Of u think the topic is valid again please comment.

Hours of happy memories with this show, and it still hasn't been bettered.

K.A. Krisko (kakrisko) | 144 comments I liked the first few years where each episode was a little encapsulated story of its own that left you scratching your head. However, when it started to get enmeshed in giant conspiracy theories I lost interest. Those first few years were great, though.

EXACTLY how I feel about it. I loved the standalone "freak of the week" episodes.

Katherine | 187 comments Looks like i might have regenerated a couple of older discussions. I used to love the X Files. Warehouse 13 isnt too bad as a replacement

message 9: by Melissa (new)

Melissa (emtmelissa) | 35 comments I agree that Warehouse 13 is also a good show...

R.M.F. Brown After the third series, X-files started to go downhill with all the silly conspiracy stuff, but still one of the greats of all time. Its place in history is assured.

I love Warehouse 13; took me a long time to try it out but I was hooked pretty quickly. It's a fun show with a good group of characters - and great gadgets.

Fringe is a good show also.

R.M.F. Brown I saw warehouse 13 going pretty cheap on DVD the other day in the shop. Should I buy?

Katherine | 187 comments Absolutely yes, but don't watch back to back

I did that with Star Trek DS9 I've never been the same since!

Kim BookGirl If you like warehouse 13 then try A Town Like Eureka. There has been some crossover with Warehouse but I like Eureka more. Loved X-Files - until it went conspiracy.

I've seen bits and bobs of Eureka. I wasn't too impressed to be honest.

Russell Brooks (russellbrooks) I'm still waiting for the third movie to come out. I'd like to know how Mulder and Scully helped to stop the December 21, 2012 alien invasion.
