Please see the poll. Voting for Nov's group read will end on Oct 29th.
I've already read it, but I'll be happy to discuss it when people finish!
I finished it day before yesterday. If I KNEW I was going to have internet access for Nov. I'd love to talk about it with others--unfortunately I have no idea when/if I will get that access. :o( My Mum is a total technophobe, and, well, I'm at her house cleaning, sorting, cleaning, throwing about mountains of trash, cleaning, packing--um, did I mention CLEANING? Her house is HORRENDOUS. Sigh, all part of the slow creeping of Alzheimers and dementia.
My heart goes out to you Ann, and your mom- it's not easy taking care of a loved one with Alzheimers.

Agh! I got the wrong book. I saw the title, didn't think to double check the author, and I got the one that's been made into a movie. Sigh! Ah well I wanted to read that too. But to add insult, I went to the store yesterday, bc I remembered seeing this one, and ...nope they didn't have it. It was sold out I guess. The book person hadn't restocked or something. I'll have to look again this weekend. Sheesh! But I'm dedicated to reading it. Lol.

Buying a different book with the same title is the sort of thing I would do too. At least you wanted to read the Eat, Prey, Love too!
Ha ha. No, "Eat, Pray, Love" (with an "A") is the one I was got and wanted to read, even though it wasn't the one I meant to get. "Eat Prey Love" (with an "E") is the one that's for this group's November read, which I was interested in reading, but not the one I got on accident.
Or maybe that's what you meant...when you said...ah, fuhgeddabuttit...I'm all confused. Ha ha.

LOL! It's sad that I didn't even think of "pray". Too much pnr I guess, LMAO!!!
Yay! I finally have the right book. I had to go to a Target in the next town to find it, but I found it and bought it! Woo hoo!
