Adventure Reading discussion

by James M. Tabor is a fascinating story about the race to discover the deepest cave on Earth. Has anyone else read it?

As I recall, the reviews were somewhat mixed. I thought the author did a good job of putting the reader in the cave.

i have read it a couple months ago. i liked reading it but i agree with Judy, i was maybe hoping for more adventure and less talk about the main expedition leaders. if you are interested in reading great real stories in caves, i recommend caves measureless to man by Sheck Exley.
