IF you are talking about JR Ward's Lover Unleashed (Payne and Manny's book) I so hope she doesn't pull anymore ghost stuff.

Heather | 34 comments There are a couple in Sherrilyn Kenyons Dark Hunter series. Sins of the night and Upon a midnight clear is all I can think of off the top of my head. They are kinda in the middle of the series though. If you haven't read the series yet you should. It's an amazing series!!!

Heather | 34 comments I see you have read BDB and I am fixing too. I here that if you like BDB you will love Kenyon's too, and vice versa.

Geoffrey (geoffreythorne) | 12 comments I recommend Winter of the Wild Hunt. You have described it in a nutshell. /'s and everything.

Winter of the Wild Hunt by Geoffrey Thorne

Amber | 83 comments I know at least one of Lynsay Sands' Argeneau books had a normal man paired with a female vamp. I think usually the female vamps are paired with other vamps. Probably because she had a surplus of hot male vamps *lol*

Laura (laurastamps) "My Sister is a Werewolf" By Kathy Love. Fab vamp series. Love is always an auto-buy for me. ;)

Shannon C. | 69 comments Here are some good PNRs with a human hero:

Bonds of Justice (Psy-Changeling, #8) by Nalini Singh

A Quick Bite (Argeneau, #1) by Lynsay Sands

Vamps and the City (Love at Stake, #2) by Kerrelyn Sparks

Sucker Bet (Vegas Vampires, #4) by Erin McCarthy

Dawn's Awakening (Breeds, #14) by Lora Leigh

Jewel of Atlantis (Atlantis, #2) by Gena Showalter

Catching Midnight (Midnight, #2) by Emma Holly

Midnight Sins (Midnight, #2) by Cynthia Eden

Jan (janoda) Mmmm.
I like this question.
Dream of Me/Believe in Me and Come Back to MeJosie Litton are more historical romances, but all three heroines are something more, and especcially in the last one, the hero is really faced with paranormal aspects. It's more like the real world with some magical elements though.

I thought I had read more, but apparantly this is rarer than I thought!

Juana "Darkness" Duran I much preger both male and female characters as supernatural beings in books.
