I just started reading . So far I like it. I think this is gonna be a good read. :)

i'm still in Gabriel Emerson state but keep tryin to move on and starting

done reading and now goes to now.

Ten days into September and I'm still struggling with the book I started last month, The Curse of the Mistwraith. I usually read before bedtime, and it feels like every night I read a couple of pages from the book and I immediately feel sleepy. I'm now 9 books behind on my Goodreads challenge!

I'm reading Magnus Chase and The Gods of Asgard: The Sword Summer, and I'm addicted! This is my very first Rick Riordan's book. I instantly love the sarcastic tone he adopted for the whole narration (including the titles, of course!) and now I see why many people love the Percy Jackson series. ❤

I'm reading Scarlet by Marissa Meyer. I'm aware that I'm super late to the party *hangs head in embarrasment* I've been really enjoying it so far, though!

Reading The English Patient, it's a book to be enjoyed slowly I suppose. Also reading The Tiger: A True Story of Vengeance and Survival, hoping it'll be as good as Seabiscuit: An American Legend.

Definitely! It is less of a plot-driven book and more of a character-driven book. There, you can also find some of the most exquisite and lyrical passages in the English language :D (I'm a sucker for that kind of things)

Meanwhile, not reading that much because of the study. Now starting to read Elena Ferrante's My Brilliant Friend for the holiday.

I am currently driving my way through and so far it has been an enthralling ride.

Currently reads QED by Richard Feynman (not the textbook, but the introduction-book one). I wanted to read this as uninterrupted as possible yet that makes me stalled on this book. I should just read it anyways.

PS : it's somehow hard to revive my normal reading habit (before I had to focus on finishing my final project, heh heh), *sigh* I still feel somehow tense (okay I knew that sounds weird >_<)

Currently reading/listening to The Darkest Hour: A Novel - it's a curious alternate history thriller that is a bit ASB (alien space bat)-ty on how the timeline described in the novel came to be, but is a really good and realistic in atmosphere if you suspend your disbelief about the scenario itself.

"The Girl on the Train" by Paula Hawkins. I have always wanted to read this, so I'm very excited! :D

The Eternal Husband by Dostoevsky. I've always wanted to read his novels, and yet I haven't been able to get my hands on one (especially on the ones of PV translation). This short story collection that I read now however is translated by the team, and I can't be more glad about it ^^
