I'm reading The Republic of Thieves. Looks good so far!

Just finished Me Before You by Jojo Moyes this afternoon.
My interest to read this one came when I saw the movie trailer that will come next June (maybe, I forgot). But when I saw the trailer, I was crying, and thinking how good the novel must be. So I buy it. And It's freaking amazing. And yes, I was crying (again). LOL.

Has anyone read it yet ? Are you crying too when you read it ?

YESSS! I just finished reading it 2 weeks ago if i am not mistaken. Frankly, there was no tears shed, yet the book was amazing nevertheless. I knew there was a trailer to the book, yet I tried to finish the book before seeing the trailer. When I finally saw the trailer, I felt goosebumps crawling all over my body! It was just that GOOD!

@Fransiska: Plus Photograph song by Ed Sheeran it becomes completely super !! Did you see that Louisa wear blue dress at the wedding ? (but she still lovely). And actor who paly as Will is handsome, isn't it ?

Btw, do you read After You ? I don't read it yet, just curious.

I'm reading Eidolon by Grace Draven right now! For fans of high fantasy with good amount of romance, you should try Grace's books. She's an indie author but her books are amazing

@Adeline How do you like it so far? I finished Red Queen about a week ago. I think it is a great book.

@Jessica Red Queen's entertaining! I would say probably 3.5stars out of 5. Sometimes I get annoyed by how gullible the characters seemed to be but then reminded myself this is YA and characters were 16/17 years old, well.. :)) How's Glass Sword?

@Adeline Glass Sword's great. The characters are still naive as ever especially Mare.. but there are bunch of new characters too making it interesting

The Garden of Evening Mists by Tan Twan Eng, a Malaysian author.

A friend let me borrow the book. Tan's writing is very lyrical, rather gloomy, timeline wasn't clearly cut.

If this book were made for a movie, it would have been a Malay-style "Out of Africa". Slightly mirip, lah..

@Ardita: Loved that book! I think the tone was similar to The Painted Veil. Melancholic yet hauntingly beautiful.

I'm starting to read Miss Peregrine's Home For Perculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. I've heard a lot of great reviews of this book and I have high expectations!

I'm reading Graceling by Kristin Cashore. Really like the plot and theme of the book.

@Firda I love the Chrysalids! I think the issues brought up in the book are still, if not more, relevant nowadays.

Quite historically accurate, and a very believable portrayal of what it would be like to be a common legionary in Caesar's legions.

Since I put the interest on feminism and want to study it better by reading any books that have concern and focus about it, I currently reading YA novel series by Holly Bourne: What's a Girl Gotta Do (The Spinster Club series #3).
I really love this series! It's about three girls (Evie, Amber, Lottie) who deal with their problems like mental health, sexism, or even the most basic problem: love. They always stick together as best friends, start The Spinster Club and then become FemSoc.

Currently reading The Joke by Milan Kundera, Human Evolution by Robin Dunbar, The Philosophy Book (the yellow one published by DK), & George Washington is Cash Money by Cory O'Brien! I like to jump between books, depending on my mood.
