Linda2 I was just curious if there's an estimate of the number of books in the database.

Lisa Vegan (lisavegan) | 2400 comments You can ask in the Goodreads Feedback group and you'll eventually get an answer. We've also gotten stats there (when we ask) about membership makeup re numbers in various countries, which is also interesting.

Linda2 117 million, omigoddess!!!! I've been referring non-member friends here just to look up editions or look up prices. It's quite amazing!

Fjeronimo | 21 comments Related with this, I wonder if we could perhaps update the warning when manually adding new books "Note: Goodreads has over 6 million books in its database already, so please do a search before adding a book [...]" to reflect these updated values.
