Something I just pulled out of no where >.>
a cake, a cookie
a small chocolit
i eat and eat
till i can't take it.

Good poem, Kimathy!

Al, this is an older one, right? I feel like I read it before and just want to make sure I'm not crazy.... wait, I am crazy normally.... now I'm confused, lol.

I like haiku much better when it rhymes and is used as stanzas in a poem. I thought I was the only one who had ever tried that. (I guess it isn't really haiku anymore if you do that, is it?)

No! I will not!
I will not eat
those truffles,
I don't care how sweet,
how melt-in-my-mouth
caramel,
dark chocolate.
(I know how well
it goes with sherry!)
Take, oh, take
that menacing
Black Forest cake,
and with it
that Italian cream--
so moist, like something
from a dream!
What villain brought
the charlotte russe,
the cupcakes?
No! Not chocolate mousse!
Can my waistline
leave any doubt
that I've spent my life
pigging out?

Voting will end the 14th.

Do you want me to send like a suggestion for the next few weeks topics? That way you aren't just surprised by what ever happens to be on my mind at the moment? *hint hint, topic, hint hint*

Al and Kimathy came in last place.
You all did great though! Thanks for participating!

Your story should be 300-2,500 words long.
The topic this week is: Pigging Out!
The rules are pretty loose. You could write a story about anything that has to do with the subject. I do not care, but it must relate to the story somehow.
Have Fun!
