Thanks for posting on my thread I came back to delete because it was awkwardly just sitting here with 28 views and no replies. :D
Yay, Jan!
Yay, Jan!

As he landed his crew with care;
Supporting each man on the top of the tide
By a finger entwined in his hair.

That alone should encourage the crew.
Just the place for a Snark! I have said it thrice:
What i tell you three times is true."

Dear Painfully Awkward, no I don't have one and have been mentally yelling at myself for at least 15 years. Thanks for wakening that nagging voice. :D
I really really REALLY need to do this.

Right time period. Lewis Carroll.

Yes, you should have a will. You and your husband should also have term life insurance, so that in case one of you dies, the other one will be able to replace the lost income. (I'm assuming you live off both your incomes.) If one of you dies, who will take care of the baby? How will that be paid for, with one lost income? Just think about the expenses you have, and how much of it can be covered by each of your incomes. You should also do this sooner rather than later, as premiums rise with age.

No, nor a way.
or, set up a Trust and avoid Probate.

My mom has been having these weird, undiagnosable leg pains that she's sure are the start of the end, so she had her will drawn up and made my sister the ... the ... person in charge of that.
It freaked me out. On multiple levels.
I don't have a will. But I started wondering, with Sweet babe and all, should I draw one up?
