Gemma | 99 comments I wasn't too sure about The Elegance of the Hedgehog to be honest. I thought it tried a bit hard, but it was quite an enjoyable read.

Gemma | 99 comments Managed a few new countries with my holiday reading... I normally like Margaret Atwood, but wasn't so taken with the Edible Woman...

White Lightning
Archangel
The Edible Woman

Gemma | 99 comments Finished The Historian a couple of days ago. Most enjoyable. It dotted all over the place, but I've gone for Bulgaria as my country or choice as there's a major story line there.

Gemma | 99 comments There's something slightly ironic about it being called "frequent" flyer - i'm not finding new locations that often, it would seem... :)

Gemma | 99 comments Evidentally, Around the World in Eighty Days goes lots of places, but I've counted Egypt for when they stopped in Suez.

Gemma | 99 comments A Modest Proposal - I was not expecting that!

Gemma | 99 comments Number 14 is Cloud Atlas. It dotted about a fair bit, but one the threads happened in Belgium, so i'm having that.

Gemma | 99 comments I really wasn't sure about Corelli's Mandolin to start off with, I found it really hard to get into. But by the time i'd finished, I loved it.

Gemma | 99 comments I thought The Stranger was set in France when I started it, it wasn't until I was a bit through I realised it wasn't and i'd clocked up another country!

Gemma | 99 comments Time's Arrow finished (or started, depending on your point of view) in Germany, even though it was mostly set elsewhere.
