Hah! If something is palpable, I guess you might as well palp it. It sounds kind of dirty when you say it like that.
It should be legal to shoot people who are that stupid!
luckily, stupidity is not punishable by death unless it has caused the death of someone else 1st and sometimes not even then. otherwise there would be far fewer people in the world today.

Okay, so I know that's extreme but I've lost people I love to drunk driving, so I'm not exactly rational on the subject...
