What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

These were books my parents read to us, late 1980's to early 1990's. Two books printed back to back (flip books). I think we had 3 books (6 stories), but I don't know if that was all in the series.

Bedtime story format with bugs depicted living human-like lives in their homes/village in the yard. Each story had a moral to it.

I think they were something like the "June Bugs" or "Bed Bugs" books, but can't find using google or amazon. ((It's not the Bugville Critters series by Robert Stanek.))
