Like, I totally think my friends talk like that, you know? And I, like, don't even live in the States. So, yeah, it's totally uncool.

I sometimes slip into using "like" and "totally" too much. It's usually when I'm around others who are using them too much. It's infectious.

Also, I enjoy his Scrabble shirt.

And do your declarative sentences end like interrogatives?

If they do, you would, like, totally fit in down here in NZ. One of the charming attributes of the Kiwi accent?
