Can the tag 'author' be removed from this listing? Should it be?

It seems awfully redundant seeing as how the fact that he's the author is already established one or two words to the left. Not to mention the fact that his name is clearly shown on the cover.
I can appreciate that he's proud of being the author but it's irking me so I thought I'd ask. :)

Haha... I have to agree with you Sandra. My OCD flared up when I came across that. :-)
I'll wait a little to see if a super chimes in - had it been a "regular" author I'd have moved on it but with it being a GR author and the special precautions I slowed down...

Oh, I changed it yesterday, sorry I didn't say anything then.

Of course nothing is preventing him from changing it back. Probably he didn't realize how strange it would look, he just filled in the fields as he came to them.

Although the tooltip for "role" specifically mentions not to include "author" as a role, since it is the default.

Thanks Deborah, I hadn't looked when I commented. I was thinking about what rivka mentioned and that's why I thought it may be a pride thing which is totally understandable. I just thought it looked strange. Thanks very much!
