Elizabeth, librarians only handle the book records; I'm afraid we can't help with advertising packages. You should probably email GR directly.

I purchased an advertising package. The page views haven't gone up in two days, ever since I edited it. Can anyone advise me as how or to whom I can address this? In the past it would have rapidly increasing views, so I think something's wrong. Thanks.
