Father Perry Burns relives his checkered past when he gets the letter from Noel. Part of that past is remembering the fond times he spent with her.
Here, I'd like to discuss our favorite "date" moments. Hopefully our spouses are included, but hopefully you feel free to talk about others as well :).
Remember to keep it PG! :)

Celeste | 3 comments The greatest date I ever went on was years ago when I was in my twenties. I had met a nice man and we had known each other only a short while when my birthday rolled around. This was the year that the movie 'Pretty Woman' had just come out. I really couldn't afford it, but I went out and bought a dress just like the one Julia Roberts wore at the outdoor function in the movie. It was chocolate brown with cream poke-a-dots. The night of my birthday I primped for hours, fixing my hair like Julia's in the movie. When I put on the dress and looked in the mirror, although no Julia Roberts, I had to admit I liked the image looking back at me. I only hoped that my date would be just as pleased with my efforts.

My date finally arrived. I experienced an incredible sensation when I opened the door. It was a sensation of being swept away . . . falling. The look in my dates eyes when he saw me spoke so many of the words he had yet to tell me.

We had a beautiful dinner looking out over the River (False River) in New Roads Louisiana. The conversation, the atmosphere, mood was all perfect for two people to start down the road of falling in love . . . and we did.
