The Next Best Book Club discussion

I'm not aiming for a certain # of books. The only specific goal I have is to read 12 books from the 2010 1001 Books list. Other than that, I just want to enjoy reading for pleasure. : )

I highly recommend reading Water for Elephants as soon as you get a chance. I could not put it down once I started it :) Enjoy!

I really liked this one. If you enjoyed the creative nonfiction style of writing you may be interested in his book coming out May 2011: In the Garden of Beasts: Love, Terror, and an American Family in Hitler's Berlin.

Thanks, Claire! I enjoyed it, but not as much as I thought I would. I definitely want to re-read it, though. Maybe I wasn't in the right mindset when I read it the first time?
