I thought it was good enough to want to read the 3rd one. ;) I think they are a fun light read, but not as well executed as some other dystopian novels I've read.

I've read Hunger Games and loved it. Have Maze Runner in my TBR list. What other dystopian novels would you say are well executed? I am very interested to read more of them.
Hope you don't mind my contributing to the thread. I love the Uglies series; Incarceron is interesting. Didn't care for Never Let Me Go. TBR: The Forest of Hands and Teeth, The Mortal Engines Quartet (which has the bonus of being Steampunk!),The Giver, The Handmaid's Tale.Jen, how did you like City of Amber? I've been curious about that series but haven't gotten to it yet!
