Hi -- I just joined this group yesterday and jumped right into some of the discussions without introducing myself -- how rude of me! Anyway, looks like a fun group that will help me build up my already-too-long TBR list. What fun!

Nope -- but it's on my TBR list so I'm really glad you picked it and will go out to buy it tomorrow. No time today -- my husband is a wedding photographer and I'm his lovely (tee hee) assistant. We're photographying a wedding today so I'm going to be too busy until tomorrow. Really looking forward to reading it!

Oh, yeah Boof, I forgot the main character in The Book Thief is called Liesel. Well, hopefully I won't be reduced to book thievery anytime soon :).

I always read about Lake Winnaupasakee (sp?) and think of What About Bob?

Or On Golden Pond ....that whole movie is on the Lake Whose Name We Can't Spell. Patrick actually knows some folks who made some of the props.

Awwww... Old Katherin Hepburn is cute. I could care less for whichever Fonda was in it, but Hepburn will always make me smile. It's a holdover from The Philadelphia Story. My two favorite actors in one place, how can I resist that?

Jeremy, I couldn't agree more! I feel rather overwhelmed at times trying to keep up, so much that I don't even look at each thread and each post, so I know I'm missing some great conversations.
