Those are all very good points.



From what I can tell, whether a Kindle Keyboard or a Kindle Fire is better for reading depends on the type of reading that you do. If you want to read lots of magazines or other things that benefit from color, then you might like the Fire better. However, if you read a lot of regular books, then the Keyboard is probably better because it has the e-ink screen so it is easier on your eyes. So it depends....personally, I'll be sticking with my Keyboard.

Me too! I've thought about upgrading, but didn't really see the point—I don't need a lot of tricks and gadgets. I just want to read.

I may give my original nook to a friend.
