You are dead on about how good Tairen Soul books are, remember when Elysetta said to Rain "I burn. Burn With Me"...I love that line from the book.

Jacquel (clairevioletthorpe) | 127 comments I would re-read the Twilight series (if I had enough time).

Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't seem to reread much PNR or UF. Huh! I'm a rereader, so this is a bit surprising.

I reread the Harry Potter series at least once a year (I'm in the middle of book 5 right now), and I usually reread Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman at least once. I haven't lately, though, because I wrote my master's thesis on it (and Coraline). That led to juuuuust a bit of a burnout, hehe.

message 106: by Michelle (new)

Michelle (brodyxsmom) Black Dagger Brotherhood and the Fever series. Love these :)

message 107: by Amy (new)

Amy (fantasydream3) | 11 comments I actually have a shelf named "books I can reread over and over" LOL! There are some specific books in a series that I can reread, but not the whole series sometimes.

Series: Harry Potter, Elemental Assassin, Hunger Games, Psy-Changeling, Guild Hunter, Tairen Soul

message 108: by Lynnea (new)

Lynnea (lalasbooks) I am not one to re-read books all that often but I will probably re-read Fever, BDB and Night Huntress again soon

I need to read the Outlander series I hear it is awesome.

S.J. Wright (sjwrightauthor) | 9 comments A couple books that I've read over and over would have to be "The Other Boleyn Girl" and "Gone With the Wind". As far as paranormal stuff, I've read New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn several times. I need to read "The Host" again, because I really loved that book.

I tried to read the Host and couldn't get past the first few pages. I don't know if I was just in a really bad mood or what, but I never picked it up again. I heard that is was being made into a movie, though.

The Host starts out super slow, like it takes over 100 pages for it to finally get good, but once it gets started it's great. I hope you'll give it another try and that if you do you enjoy it.

It is very rare for me to ever put down a book. So far, The Host and the Shack are two that I had a hard time with. Maybe I will try reading it again because we all know Stephanie Meyer is a genius.
I know it sounds bad that I couldn't finish ths Shack. People always have something to add about my aversion to the book. I just say, "Hey, it's fiction! It's not like I'm rejecting the Holy Bible or anything." lol

I am so with you there! The only series that I have re-read is the Fever series by Karen Marie Moning. I have a feeling that I'll read it once a year or so for the rest of my life! I even read her Highlander series before I read the fever series because it has some pertinent info that helps to understand what happens in Dublin. I swear, I could follow Mac around and drool after Barrons no matter how scared I am!

You all are killing me!!! LOL. I still have to finish outlander before I can move on to the fae. With all the rave reviews of both I almost flipped a coin. Highlander was awesome though, right!!!!

message 122: by Amanda (new)

Amanda | 39 comments I could read Lover Avenged and Lover Awakened by j.R. Ward over and over again. I love her characters....if only they were real lol

message 123: by Duchess Nicole (new)

Duchess Nicole | 138 comments I keep hearing about the outlander series. What is that?

message 124: by Kimberly (new)

Kimberly (kimberly_b) | 2 comments The Outlander series written by Diana Gabaldon. So far, these are the books in the series (in order): Outlander, Dragonfly in Amber, Voyager, Drums of Autumn, The Fiery Cross, A Breath of Snow and Ashes, and An Echo in the Bone. It's technically a time-travel romance series, but it has A LOT more going on to it than just that. It is without a doubt my favorite series ever :)

message 125: by Duchess Nicole (new)

Duchess Nicole | 138 comments THanks so much! I'll put it on my to read list

message 126: by Irene (new)

Irene Hollimon | 182 comments With so many good books out there and more appearing every day, I don't reread. So many books, so little time...
But I'd read the Anita Blake series again, definitely Mercy Thompson and Alpha and Omega also Sookie Stackhouse
They're all three very entertaining.

message 127: by jD (new)

jD (jd_4everbooked) | 152 comments I recently re-read two books. I don't usually do that at all. I figured out why people do it though. Sometimes you are seeking the feelings you had when you were reading the characters. That was the case for me. I wanted to reconnect and experience the characters again because I was not getting those feelings from other stuff I was reading.

message 128: by Judi (new)

Judi Fennell | 8 comments A book I can read over and over (and do): Jill Barnett's Bewitching. I think the copyright date is 1997 and I utterly love it.

message 129: by cerulean🦋 (new)

cerulean🦋 (fakeflowers) | 31 comments My most re-read include:
Halfway to the Grave, I cannot get over Bones' utter sexiness in this one & Cat's naive ferocity. The second book is wonderful as well (and honestly, so is the entire series!)

The first four Vampire Academy books: Vampire Academy, Frostbite, Shadow Kiss, and Blood Promise. You really can't go wrong with these :)

Guilty Pleasures is an old standby as well. I love the early books: violence, vampires, sexiness abounds, and seriously sadistic baddies. All of which are fine by me ;)

Some Girls Bite - I love, love, love this series... although, I wouldn't mind if Ethan got a personality makeover... just sayin'.

message 130: by jD (last edited Mar 20, 2011 08:04PM) (new)

jD (jd_4everbooked) | 152 comments @ Raquel -- Ethan is the bomb! LoL. Chole needs to grow a pair and hit that every chance he gives her. I love the series too.

message 131: by Susan (new)

Susan Lute (su3lu) | 9 comments Like Irene said, so many books, so little time :) But I have to say the Harry Potter books I've reread more than once. I've also watched all the films out so far...more than three times. I'm a fan :)

Clay, Bones, and Vane are tied for hottest alpha heros EVER (on my mental list) and Acheron is in a class of awesome all his own.
