Aahh dear Dee, I finished Firefly Lane today, with a tissue near by (thank goodness). What a good story, I also found a Karen Marie Moning at the library today. Great pick, thanks for the extra push :)

I read Nothing More to Lose and I absolutely loved it! The second book in the series let me down so much, but this third one turned out to be my favorite. Loved every second!

I also read Perfect Chemistry and it was another 5 star read for me. Really amazing book!

I read The Best Is Yet To Come, and it turned out to be a re-read for me, but that's okay because I love DP and this one was really good.

I usually go with 5 stars are amazing! 4 stars were really good. 3 stars were okay. 2 stars were barely finished it, wish I could get part of my life back. 1 star are what a piece of crap, I can't believe someone wrote this and got it published!

I finished Touch the Dark by Karen Chance. I really enjoyed it so thanks Sue for the great rec.

I guess I better update, too. Annabelle, I finished 'The Search' by Nora Roberts about a week ago, and though it was good, it didn't come anywhere near the top of my list of fave Roberts' books. I wrote a longer review for it if you want to see it, but basically I felt the main characters lacked the chemistry they usually have. I also felt like the ending was almost anti-climactic. But it was really interesting about training dogs and search and rescue stuff.
I am moving on now to another one of your suggestions: "Insatiable". I'll let you know what I think! :)

Lover Awakened. Really enjoyed this one.

I've read two of my recs so far - I finished Halfway to the Grave (2/9, 4 stars) and I read Conversion (2/17, 3 stars) with Fran. I will read the next book in both series, but I'm in no rush - I need a break from vampire novels for a bit. Thanks again for the recommendations and for the company Fran!

I just finished Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake - which I actually think is a weird title, but it was a solid 3 1/2 star read for me. I enjoyed the fact that she was pursuing items in society that were barred to her. The ensuing adventures were pretty funny. Thanks for the rec, Pam.

I've read Mercy , The Darkest Night and Covet .
I liked Mercy , the heroine was very fun but I still think that Julie Garwood is better in her historicals .
The Darkest Night , I enjoyed this book especially the steamy romance between Maddox and Ashlyn . I must say , I got tear-eyed at the end .
Covet had an original idea but I still waited for that "something" that existed in her BDB series .

Overall, February was a really good month for me.

I ended up reading Unearthly to my surprise. I started Matched but it wasn't the most enjoyable read so I tried Unearthly, which was my rec for buddy read to my pickee so...

Great news Polina, I'm glad you chose that book for me and we got to read it together, i really did love it. :)

I just finished Watership Down. While I'm glad I read it, I didn't like it as much as my girls. But they both admitted that they read it in junior high and thought it was a great epic book. But I am glad I finally read it though!

Just finished the buddy read book I read with KersteBlood Bound. Liked it better than the first one. It had a few twists I didn't see coming. Looking forward to the third one.

Thank you for your picks! I finished The Host a couple of days ago. I have to admit, the beginning was hard and there were times when I didn't know if I was going to finish the book. It was boring and long and there was a lot of info dumping where my eyes were glazing over. The second half made up for it. The action picked up, more emotion was involved, and I was happy with the way it ended. In the end I gave it 3 stars.

I finished Hunting Season today. I didn't feel it was as packed with hilarity as other books I've read by her, but it was enjoyable. I also usually seem to not like the first books in her series as much as the rest and it seems like this series may go that way too.

Finally I have finished one of my recommendations :) Breakfast at Tiffany's, Thank you Sandy and Rebecca, I have started with this as both of you have recommended it. I loved the movie and I loved the book. I am reading The Secret History and liking it so far!

yeah, i definitely agree with you there, melinda.

Tugce Nida, I loved all the books you recommended for me except American Gods I didnt even get halfway through it (thats a big deal for me as when I start a book I have a compulsion to finish it) hopefully in the future I may be able to finish it.

I know what you mean, because I have the same urge when I start a book I feel, I have to finish it no matter what. lately I find audiobooks also helps. some books I couldn't countinue to read I tried audiobooks especially when I am on my way to work (its a long way) and it works quite good for me. And I am worried about Neil Gaiman's book as well. I tried reading Good Omens and couldn't proceed much actually. I don't know why but I so wanted to like his books...
