I always wear PJ's at home all day. I find them to be the most comfy.
If I am sick, I stay in pj's , if I am well, I get dressed but don't usually get dressed much before 8:30 AM. During my bad migraines, I get dizzy so I tend to stay in bed as much as possible. I also have severe vision problems during my migraines so stay in bed. If I have to go somewhere, I take the triptans and get dressed and go but prefer to avoid taking meds and stay in bed. But only for bad headaches.
If I take a bath, I'd change into a T-shirt and cotton shorts. It'd be awesome.
This is a good question. Sometimes the very act of showering and putting on better clothes gets me moving and more productive. I must shower, at leasdt, though, or else I won't do anything and I'll drive myself nuts.
