Romance Audiobooks discussion

I would really like to see Lynne Connolly's Rose and Richard series in audio. I like that it follows the characters thru various stages in their relationship and that it is Georgian set. It kind of reminds me of the Lady Julia Grey series by Deanna Raybourn.

I haven't read through all of these comment so someone may already have made this point (in which case, apologies). My problem is that there are some wonderful authors in unabridged audiobook which we in the UK cannot buy while the US etc. can.

I have wanted to listen to Joanna Bourne's wonderful books for years (My Lord And Spymaster, The Spymaster's Lady, The Forbidden Rose and The Black Hawk). I was delighted when I read that they were being recorded. Now I'm very disappointed that they're out there, but I can't buy them. And the author was surprised to find out -- she had no idea that the rights were limited in that way.

I listened to this on cd many years ago, and I really enjoyed it. I agree with you about Bernadette Dunne - one of my favorites.

Lea, time to start a new thread here, or is interest in this topic totally gone? It is difficult for new members to see every comment in every section, because the all show up as unread. Personally, I'd like to know when something is closed due to lack of interest, or because the discussion has been picked up elsewhere. :)
