So Glad Tina! I love the way he reads the books, to me he's as much part of this series as the characters.

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 296 comments Just finished Mine to Possess (Psy-Changeling, #4) by Nalini Singh . I can see my book budget is going to be totally blown buying all of these.

Also, finally finished (after 3 months) The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas which was very well narrated by Richard Matthews.

Still plugging away at A Discovery of Witches (All Souls Trilogy, #1) by Deborah Harkness when I'm in the car.

And started Explosive Eighteen (Stephanie Plum, #18) by Janet Evanovich to listen to something light and fun.

Drooling over The Chief (Highland Guard, #1) by Monica McCarty at audible.com

I just saw audiobook The Watch That Ends the Night Voices from the Titanic by Allan Wolf - a finalist of the Audio Publishers Association’s prestigious Audiobook of the Year and Distinguished Achievement in Production Award. So... I put it on my wishlist at audible.com too.

I finshed Taming an Impossible Rogue (Scandalous Brides, #2) by Suzanne Enoch liked it a lot- good narrator, I also finshed Collide by Megan Hart I love Megan Hart, even tho. this wasn't as good as some of her other ones, I still enjoyed it very much, narration was good too.
Now I'm listening to The Witness by Nora Roberts I never liked her books before (Nora R) but I'm really enjoying this one, great narration.

Jennifer (thebooknympho) Ok I decided to listen to No Rest for the Wicked (Immortals After Dark, #3) by Kresley Cole instead of Cinder.

I"ll get to Cinder soon but I'm loving Cole's IAD series so I wanted to continue with it.

Beanse | 3 comments Hi all! I just wanted you to know I found a good audio book read.http://www.goodreads.com/book/photo/1...

The Stranger you seek by Amanda Kyle Williams. Read very well! While the story was a bit long at times, I really like the way this book was read by the narrator. Though you would all like to check it out.

Well, I just coming out for air after reading..yes reading Fifty Shades of Grey (Fifty Shades, #1) by E.L. James Fifty Shades Darker (Fifty Shades, #2) by E.L. James Fifty Shades Freed (Fifty Shades, #3) by E.L. James I tried the first book on audio and I couldn't get past the 5th chapter... then I heard they re-mastered them, so I downloaded the last book on audio...still was pretty bad..narrator is terrible, but by then I had a pretty good impression in my head of the characters that it made the audiobook tolerable.
I would say that if your going to read this books, do yourself a favor and stay away from the audiobook, or a least read the first book and then you might be able to do the audio.
The ratings for these books are all over the place, I think you have to make your own mind about these ones..in my case I LOVED THEM!

Yes, I think it's very emotional story, specially the second book, still very erotic but I think Wicked ties is more out there. Yes there's a lot sex, kinky sex, but the story is a lot more than.
Do you have a kindle? I wonder if I can share the book, you can go to Amazon and read the first chapter, you would know if it grabs you or not..if does let me know, I'll send you the book.

I just got a Kindle Fire and LOVE it. Don't know if I'm ready for FSoG or not, LOL! Can I let you know, Loupe? Sweet of you to offer.

BTW, I finished A Discovery of Witches (All Souls Trilogy, #1) by Deborah Harkness and LOVED it. Xe was right; it is so well narrated.

Christine (Cagnes) (cagnes) | 131 comments I haven't read the Fifty shades Trilogy yet, but plan to. I sampled the audiobooks, thought they were horrible & decided not to go that route!

Lupi... you can only share Amazon books with other devices on your Amazon account. Unless the book is lendable, then you can lend it once for a 2 week period.

I noticed that my library has the 1st book available to borrow for through overdrive. So, that's a possibility for people looking to borrow for Kindle.

I'm not loving the narrator. She doesn't change her voice enough for the male characters IMO. But since I bought books 1, 2 (might read 3 since I don't have it on audio) 4 and 5; I'm stuck with her. Maybe she will grow on me the more I listen.

Thanks Christine, I never lent a kindle book before so I really didn't know how it work, if Lisa doesn't want the book, you are welcome to have it, I got to check if it's lendable.
Plus I have other 200 books in my kindle, anyone in this group is welcome to them.

message 592: by Lisa Kay (new)

Lisa Kay (lisakayalicemaria) | 296 comments I'm not sure what you mean, Loupe. Do you mean here? I would just post a hyperlink to it. I actually have three shelves. Guess I should do that, LOL!

All right, I'll check there. Yes, it does take time to do! I don't have that many and it took awhile. Luckily, I listened to an audiobook while doing it, as it is pretty mindless.
