Suddenly the Nikki Heat series book#3 & Book#4 have become intense. The plot is much better than the previous ones. The only problem for me was the extra unwanted descriptions.

Has anyone read Dangerous Dream or/and Dangerous Creatures - Kami Garcia? If so, would you recommend reading Beautiful Creatures before or don't matter?

I'm reading a really good horror/dystopian novel;

Just started "Mr Penumbra's 24 hour bookstore" so far it's really good and has even had me googling a few things!!

I've just finished Palanquin Of Heaven, the story wasn't too bad but the book needed an edit, there were a lot of typos. Still reading The Lore of the Land: A Guide to England's Legends, from Spring-Heeled Jack to the Witches of Warboys

Just finished Malice in Wonderland: Alice the Assassin by Lotus Rose for a book challenge in another group, and I'm now on to F Scott Fitzgerald The Beautiful and Damned. I'm also reading the final installment in The Barbershop Seven by Douglas Lindsay on the side. I found The Beautiful and Damned slightly hard to get into at first for some reason, but 4% in I really like it!

Finished The Beautiful and Damned a couple of days ago. I'm now about a third through Dodger by Terry Pratchett.

Hi Rebecca I keep picking the goldfinch up and then putting it back down every time I go into Waterstones...I just can't seem to get it to the counter, Is it worth a read?

I'm currently hooked on both Clockwork Princess and Night School at the moment. Finished Zom-B Baby and The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon in the last week :)

Now I am about to read Daughter - Jane Shemilt.

I am around, just not been reading much as I have had a bad case of thinking I liked a book and it turned out I didn't. Then there is my eldest son who wanted to move to Scotland and now isn't and my fridge/freezer blowing up and having to fork out £100 (GBP) for a new fridge lol.

On a good note, I am reading Exquisite Betrayal - A.M. Hargrove which I am enjoying.

I just finished and moving on the next book in the trilogy. Also, I've read a huge ton of Captain América (vol. 5, starting with Winter Soldier) and The Metabarons by Jodorowsky

I'm reading The Butterfly Crest by Eva Vanrell. Great Book!!!

I've fallen back into the trap of reading YA books again.. Currently On The Maze Runner... Mainly because the trailer looks good as does the preface.... Think it's the 1st in a trilogy!! ... Again! What is it with YA book and trilogy's?

I'm reading Worth Dying For, A Feast for Crows, Horns and The Doomsday Code - bit of a variety lol.

I keep seeing a lot about The Maze Runner so may have to look that one up!

OMG just looked up the trailer for the movie - that is definitely a book I need to read!! The movie looks amazing, and it has a few of my favourite YA actors in it!!

Reading

Just finished The Maze Runner... Didn't really want to dive into another dystopian teen trilogy, but then I watched the trailer and just had read it before I went to see it at the cinema... I wast disappointed

That is how the publisher describes this book and I couldn't have put it any better myself!!

I've just started the second in the trilogy..!

Currently reading Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon (hate me if you want but Jamie is my new favourite fictional man), Veronika Decides to Die by Paulo Coelho (shortish and philosophical, pretty much what I need right now) and Xenocide by Orson Scott Card (which I'll get back to shortly, just had a slightly extreme reaction to the first chapter).
