What are you reading?
Currently reading The Girl with All the Gifts and Dragonfly in Amber and Before The Poison all of which are pretty dissimilar I'm happy to say. I have a terrible habit of reading more than one of the same genre of books at one time.
I am reading I am pilgrim .......wasn't enjoying it at first ....but now I am .
Currently Jane Austen Mansfield Park. It's quite hard going, but fairly enjoyable!
I'm reading Heart-Shaped Box for a buddy read. Except my buddy finished hers last week lol. I cant read as much as I would like between nursery runs.
I'm reading The Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini. I've read A Thousand Splendid Suns - Khaled Hosseini which I liked, but took me a six years to read this book lol.
Gave up on Bloodstone - Barbra Annino as I couldn't get into the characters lol. So I am now reading Together Forever - Vicki Green which I've read books 1 and 3 before. Looks like another 1.30am staying up due to the nature of this author's book that keeps me gripped lol.
currently reading Claws by Ricky Sides for some light relief after Mansfield Park!
I am now off to read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Stieg Larsson (a book I have been putting off for the past 2 nearly 3 yrs lol). Wish me luck ;) x
I am in the throes of "Outlander"! Why, oh why, did I wait so long to read this book?
Now I have Die For Me: A Novel of the Valentine Killer - Cynthia Eden (Audio) and reading Broken Build - Rachelle Ayala for a challenge.
Reading the first Poirot novel by Agatha Christie - The Mysterious Affair at Styles. Really loving it and imagining David Suchet in my head :)

Now I am still reading The City of Malgar - Rosemary Lynch and also listening to The Husband's Secret - Liane Moriarty.
So I am now going to read A Touch of Lilly - Nina Pierce for a slightly steamy kinda book (avert your eyes now if you don't like or do Erotica kind of books lol).
I have started reading
Minus 148 Degrees - Art Davidson.I love reading books related to climbing,trekking and travel.Being a trekker myself.. I love the sense of adventure and thrills that these books provide.

Now I can't decide between Fall of Night - Rachel Caine or Tick Tock - James Patterson. 1 is a Vampire series to finish off bar 1 more afterwards and the other is another JP with Michael Bennett as the hero.
Now I can't decide between When God Was a Rabbit - Sarah Winman or Before I Go To Sleep - S.J. Watson.
Before I Go To SleepI read this book when it was first released and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have heard that it is being made into a film so I strongly suggest you read this soon. Enjoy

The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. It's 860 pages, and it's taking a long time. Very good though.

Yes, the next one is called "Finders Keepers", and there will be a TV series made based on the books.
I have just finished reading Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series back to back, it took me the best part of 2014 and into 2015 but I enjoyed every minute of it.I am at the moment reading Cider with Rosie by Laurie Lee and The Downstairs Maid by Rosie Clark. I haven;t got too far with either at the moment, so cannot say much about them, but so far so good.
My next book will be Wolf Hall. Heard mixed reviews but it's time to give it a try....
Reading a bizarro book
and a suspense
I'm reading the amazing book, Ruby by Cynthia Bond. It is stark and beautiful, if you can imagine such a thing. Bond creates a world in the throes of the Civil Rights Movement which doesn't matter to Ruby's home of Liberty Township.
Just started I Am The Messenger by Markus Zusak, really enjoyed The Book Thief and this stood out as another one of his that might be interesting, so far it's got some humour and action, but I'm just not getting the why the main character is carrying out these acts..? Hopefully it will become more apparent as I progress
I just started Anne Tyler's amazing book, Spool of Blue Thread. Instantly, I was immersed in this family!
